I WILL RISE

Go ahead drag the nails in my hand
Laugh at me where you stand
Label me with all sorts of names
Write all you can write and say
For I will rise again

Life has throw at you
A serious hard blows
That brings you fallen down
On your knees flat on your back
But is not the time to remain on the ground

I will rise
After every fall
When is too hard to stand tall
Over the of unfair criticism
Rising above the hates of men

I will rise above them all
Like the sun which never dies
Though set every dawn
Every day it does rise
I will rise

Like the ocean tides
Many times they are down
But invariably they rise
Above the unruly use of fellow human
I will rise

Like the tress from seeds they arise
And heights great after falling one
Twice and thrice after every fall
After every pains and betrayals
I will rise.

N.B: A write up about refusing to be discouraged and refusing to be put down.
