WHEN I NEED A SHELTER

In the world lived with fear
Fear of the unknown and known
Where friendship is becoming sour
And no one is to be trusted
And everyone for his or her self

Where evil abounds on all sides
You cannot go out
You don't know who to trust
Fear is the other of the day
When I need a shelter

Well I go to the rock of my salvation
Stones that the builder rejected
I ran to the mountain
And the mountain stands by me
The earth all around me is sinking sand
On Christ the solid rock I stand
When I need a shelter
When I need a friend I'll go to the rock

The world is giving into changes
Many are so religious today
Without any from of righteousness in them
Believing on eternal security
A faithless generation

Is time to pray for God
To watches for us all
Is time we need God's help 

In time of need
The world is dark and the days
Are getting so frighten is time for all
The children of God to pray

In a world full of hates and betrayal
In a world where trust is lost
In a world where fake human exist so much
In a world where God's Word
Is swept under carpet with polish word of man

You need a shelter
From the ranging storms of life
And that shelter is found underneath
The rock of ages Christ 

The chief corner stone
So when you need a shelter run to Him

He never fails
He never sleeps nor slumber
His grace is sufficient for you
His love never dies
When I need a shelter I'll go to the rock
