Our nation is boiling
And the boiling has been on for long
That we can not see it as strange again
Is now normalcy of the day
Is beyond the PVC's
If you feel
If you think
And if you sees it
That Personal Voter's Card (PVC)
Is the solution to our nation's problems so far
I tell you my fellow country men and women
You have to rethink it through enough
Is not enough to change a bad egg
For its rottenness but flushing it all out
And that PVC will never achieve these aim why
Because it starts from the godfathers
Of this ones who has stair the course
Of this nation for long as we gear up
In preparation of the forthcoming
Transition of another phase of administration
Now as we speak they have decided
The fate of the man who we take on
That post of office in all areas
From the smallest position to the biggest
See isn't just PVC alone
But the sanitation of the mind
Because our mindset as a nation
Has been fine tune with the spirit
Of selfishness and corrupt practices
Is beyond PVC's
We must shun the practice
Of election with money
In exchange of kinds and gifts
That we must flush out of our mind
We must see this nation
As our own a collective ownership
Not just a single kind of collective stuff
But a collective responsibility
Is beyond the PVC's
Fine PVC is part of it
But there are so many other things
That needed to be done
If we must get it right come 2023
Our minds needs to be work on big time
