Have you started the journey to glory?
Have you left far behind this old world?
In your heart is the comforter dwelling
Can you say praise the Lord this is right
Save through a long eternity

Have the ones that was walked on the highway
And have left and have gone their own ways
You’re becoming tired weak of the journey
But put your eyes on the prize for the home in the sky
Save through along eternity

Wait and pause for a second
How about your life yes your life in general
Do you remember the first time?
You talked with the Lord as you knelt on your knees
In that night and the passion and pleasure of life of this world

Has taken the cross from your side
And you long to go back to the place
Where you were once as the Spirit fell on you
But you cannot go any longer

Wait is a long walk a long journey to eternity
Is better you get ready now and prepare to meet thy Lord
It may happen any moment signs are everywhere
There is a new feeling in the air look up the eastern sky

Don’t be left out when all is over
Don’t cry the cry of the one in wilderness
Not the cry of been preparing the way
But preparing the heart get right within enough of playing religion
Then only then you will be save through a long eternity

Get the heart ready for the midnight cry
Seek the Lord while it is now forsake your evil way
Be ready and prepared for the journey ahead without end
Choose this day whether you are saved or lost but it is better

LOST THROUGH A LONG ETERNITY

A question to ponder on
Wait before you wonder far with your thought
Are you living right?
Should you die today tonight?
Is it well with your soul?

That question seeks an urgent answer
Is either you answer it now or some other time
But the earlier the better for you
As you don’t holds tomorrow or knows of tomorrow
Lost through a long eternity

Tomorrow may mean goodbye
Will never know when or how
God calls us away, our life seems so gloomy
Our body is lied to dust

Tomorrow our soul may sigh
From beauty will left sleep by
Oh soul then prepare
Sweet heavenly home tomorrow may mean goodbye

Eternity is so long for you to toiled with
Is a long journey that needs a solemn preparedness

Either in pain or happiness the choice is yours

Many are choosing the broad way today
Staying and straying away from the narrow way
The crowd so much on the road that leads to prediction
Wake up to reality and smell the signs of time around

Every service…every deed done

Is never go unrewarded before God

He made a covenant and blessing ensue it

His know respecter of any person yes anyone

His words is sure is promises are yes and amen

A man was troubled about the state of things

In the land where God calls His own

At such a time things weren’t the way it ought to be

Things are falling big time apart

At such a time he was serving in the King’s palace

He caught a vision to rebuild the fallen walls

Of that great city at such a time he was existing

Took a permission from his master the king of the land

And head off to rebuild the walls and the temple

He did everything because God got His back for real

He builds the fallen walls…rebuilt the temple  

Bringing back the temple to a best state of his ability

After the building was fully ready for worship

He appointed priest to serve and other workers too

And he had a rest of mind…rested from his work

When it all been said and done

He took to his knees and he had a talk with God

From the depth of the depth of his heart

He said “Oh God remember me for good”

What a prayer a solemn plea from the heart

So also it applies to us living in this present day

So many things will be called up for attention…labour of love

You will only be remembered by what you have done

Because one day you will fade away like the stars of the morning

A Jonah In Today’s World

In the fish belle is world revolve around

Night and ending hours he stays there

Due to disobedient to the biding of the master

Headlong he ran and ran but the eyes of the one

Who watches him was there following him all the way

On a carefully planned out way

To escape from the call from his master

Because the refusal to do the biding of the master

He forsook that for his own will

A Jonah in today’s world

He forsook the master

In chase of himself

Long ago he got the message

He now becomes a servant

That misplaces the master’s message

Inspite of the misplacement of the message

The master sort after him while he ran

But unknowing to him no one is beyond the reach of God

Even in the bottom of the earth

Sent to destination in mind

With a message to deliver come what may

The message must be deliver after a long run

A run from the master he takes a bow

In total surrenderedness to take the message

No matter what happen

After much discipline

The servant heads the masters biding

And ready to trun from a run away preacher

To preacher who came back to do the master biding

In Jonah I see

A fierce preacher becoming a fearless preacher

A preacher who never buys into fake

A preacher who kick against worldliness

In delivering a message in a modernized decaying world

SOURCE OF STRENGTH

As the moves on in its dealings and activities

Each day our life flows on some high

In the perilous time we live in

We need strength to go on with life

To always take charge and been in every moment

We need to draw our strength

And keep on moving on this road called life

Life is filled with ups and down distraction abound

It breaks and weathered us away

As the storms comes banging so hard

Our source of strength will determine how far we go

How far we stay happy living in the moment

Staying on the course chasing after our dream with joy and gladness

Staying and hoping on God gas our source of strength

To conquer life battle

As we engage in both physical and spiritual welfare

Every day of our life bringing healing to our bodies

As we mix our existence with divinity making our joy full

Source of strength we hang it on God the giver of full happiness and joy

The world is dark and days is getting freighting

Rumors of wars here and there

Nation against nation…brothers against brothers

Men are full of wickedness taking life at will

And the world matches to wickedness manners lost

In all these…

We need strength help from above

We need strength when our heart is falling us

We cannot just seat and hold back without not looking behind us

To draw help in time of need and strength to keep going

Be hopeful

Dry the tears from your weeping eyes

Is always darkest before the dawn

Standing up and walk in victory

Because God is the source of our strength

THAT SHOULDER TO LEAN IS JESUS

In a world full of thuggry

In a world where falsehood takes center stage

In a world where friendship turns sour into foe

In a world where relationship gone sour because of money

In a world where a shoulder is so rare to lean on

From a shattered ranging storms

From the world hates and evil conspiracy

From a fake smelling face but real a plastic face

It lost broken wings that stop flying

That shoulder to lean is Jesus

What a friend is He?

A friend who got our back

Who knows our deepest thought?

Even when we’re far from Him

That shoulder to lean on is Jesus

From the ranging storms of life

From the pain and regret of failed earthly friends

From the serious thunder boat of betrayal by friends

From all that troubles you within making you broken within

And when the shoulder is broken there is always a shoulder to lean on

When you need a friend to call

When you need a shoulder to lean on

When you need a shoulder to cry on

When you need somebody to lean on in time of paon and despair

That shoulder to lean on is Jesus

Because…

Jesus is the answer for the world today

Above Him there is no other Jesus is the way

If you have some question in the corner of your mind

Traces of discouragement and peace you cannot find

Reflections of your past seems to face you everyday

But this one thing I do know

The shoulder to lean on is Jesus

Yes of a truth

A SOUGHT FOR A MAN

Not a man of weary a heart

Not a man so full of ego pride

Not a man full of religion void of righteousness

Not a man wounded without a repair

And I sought for a man

A man who love nothing but God

Who follow peace with all men

A man of integrity honest living

A man who chase not the world but the world

A sought for a man

A man who is ready to take the world for Christ

In redeeming men back to the father’s house

A man who is ablaze for God charged up for His service

Who got vision and know who he is

A sought for a man

Man fall from creation

Due to the carelessness of not following details

At that point he lost it all out

On the table of few minute bite of an apple

Paradise lost chased out wondering about

Then a sought for that man begins

A long walk was taken he stood for long in the haul

Waiting for that one man to redeem mankind back to God again

All hope lost and dashed then there stood a lamp

The man was found to ransom human race

In our world today there is a search

For that man that one who is void

With the dealing and practice of the world

Shun everything that will make him or her unfit

Are you that one the God is soughting after

And I sought for a man that should make up the edge

And stand in the gap before the land

Get up and stand in the gap today

For God interceding for mankind

The storms has come and gone

The dust has fell off from the dawn

The dew is dried up in the sun of the morning

The ship has weather the torrent of the ocean

To make it to the shore…I made it

Everything fall out as things fall apart

Ever wondering when it all been said and done

Everything we are as if they have never been before

Everest so high we climb dive into the depth of the valley

Yet in the midst of the climbs and dive..I made it

When no one believes in me

When every is been ship chasing that and this

When no one was there to walk with me I walk alone

When the dusk seems so far from the dawn

When its seems the pit down there is where I stay for long…I made it

I never fall inspite of several falls

I chase my dream define my goals signature of greatness

I stood when no one stands because I believe in me

I believe on my goals, dreams and aspiration

I stand for one thing am His grace engrave…I made it

See the wind

See the storms

See the unfair criticism

See the several No’s I got from everyone

See I took all those things like a stone going places building empire with it

I made it through the eyes of despair

I pay my way through several heart breaks and dishearten moment

I walk the work when everyone walked out on me

I was there all alone but not too alone God was there and still there

I made it through Him (God) because God is always there when I call

So to you now

You would have down that road

The road of rejection, dejection and abuse

But I tell is not what breaks you that matters

But what you do with breaks that is what matters

You will surely get out of all these because you have make it

THE STARS NEEDS THE MOON

It was said that stars are made in heaven

They light up our world through the night time

It sparks down far from above up there in high heaven

Through the dusk it keep shining hanging there up there

In waiting for the dawn to come lying low in the dusk of the night

It went through of phase to another

Glistering like a candle cringle in the sight of the night

We lay our back backing the mother earth

As we cast a long guess into the sky

As the night fades out in the cold of the night

And the stars weren’t alone in this

She got an accomplice just the lead keyboardist got an accomplice

The moon void of stain spotless of stain

Keeping the space co-hosting in the light of the night

See the beauty of unity

The star that lights our night

The spotless moon that add it light as an accomplice

As perfect and shinning the stars is

She cant just do it all alone

She needs a company

Just like batman needs superman

Just like the noise needs the air

Just like the cylinder needs the gas

Just like Jesus Christ needs His Heavenly father

As the saying goes

No one is an island of knowledge

We are needs somebody at one point in our life

The lonely days we crept in that’s when you need someone

Just as the stars needs the moon to shine at night

You also do…hmm

Don’t believe you know it all

Don’t assume there are no limited you

Don’t think you can achieve your goal and dreams all alone

Remember the stars need the moon

IN TIMES LIKE THIS

When it seems all hope is lost

When world leaders are panicking

When the heart of the strongest men fails

When world powers are shaking frightening

In times like this

When everyone…everyman is to is tent

The world rushes on nation against nation

When it seems the borders are close against the revenging monster  

Time start flitting away everyone pointing to one course

In times like this

The days are getting darker as the day goes

The days are getting more frighten

Man’s wisdom are failing as much as his hearts

When you seek for answers but only heaven knows all the answer

That time we ever tell in times like this

When everyone is running for safety

The internet is on fire (twitter, facebook, linkedin and all)

The search for man’s unending suffering never ends

The anchor refuses to hold inspite the storms in the land

In times like this

I do know you have some questions at the corner of your mind

I do know you are afraid of living in the next seconds

I do know that you have lost hope in the government of the day

I do know you don’t trust anyone again talkless about yourself

In times like this

You need a friend…friend that we stay with you

That has the final solution to all these in times like this

Where the whole world is running for safety

Just one place to be at this time

In times like this you need Jesus the final solution

To these world epidemic that turns into pandemic

His the fountain all pleasure

In Him we move and have our being

Created by Him…made for His glory

In times like this

You need a Saviour
stay safe...stay at home

CHASING THE SKY

Touching the sky

In the midst of disheartening moment

Life throws at us different challenges

At every stages of life

As will journey through life

A lot happens and withered us

Some breaks and mire our existence

And our tomorrow is at a cross road

In the eyes of today will are weak and broken

Broken and crashed by the storm

Becoming so hard to step out and start again

Life become uninteresting

No light at the end of your tunnel

And it seems your loud cries  become silent

Too far to reach too hot to handle

Nothing seems to work afar

Become hope becomes slim

Chasing sky and touching the sky

In the midst of unpleasant situation

You still stand and chase the dream

The sky wasn’t an issue event create issue

But you stand tall and chase the sky

No matter what you are here standing challenging the wind

Chasing the sky touching it

Touch the sky...even when the world mocks at you

Touch the sky...when friends deserted and leave you behind

Touch the sky...relationship becomes sour with pain in the heart

Touch the sky...called names written off
