WHO OFF LIGHT?!

Many people have gone through life
Withered and tired of life
That we don't know
Where to go as light is turned off
From our life

Life begins
Flitting away like a candle in the wind
We have so much encumber
With this and that life becomes gloomy
Darkness takes over our space

Chasing shadow
On the round pig hole
But many of us our problem
Is ourselves a lot we are going through
Is the making of our hand

We've use our hand
To off the light upon ourselves
We lost it long ago when one careless act
Ruin our life journey sold out our birthright
All for the sake of one seconds life's enjoyment

Will scream who off light?
But when we looked at the switch
We found the one who off the light on us
It was no one but you
Yes is you are the one who off the light

DOES HE STILL FEELS THE NAIL?

The day that Jesus died
Three cross stood at Calvary
As the chant of the people
Grows louder and re-inchanting
Far across the distance land o’er hills

The world witness a new break
Of a new dawn horizon within
From the earth’s crust it springsforth
Greater things to come of the past
In rewriting the future to come

This world was lost Calvary
Opens new way all the troubles of mankind
All tears of human race Calvary
Set them all Jesus conquers them all
Thank God for Calvary

It was on the Calvary
Sinners was cleanse from sin
Life threaten satiation was averted
And redemption story was retold
Tomorrow got a chance of a better glimpse in today

The nail driven into his hands
He felt the agony of sin
He never committed He bear it all out
Many year has come and gone
Yet the cross still remains the same

Its power still remain strong
As the blood at Calvary still flowing
There is still redemption for the soul undone
There is still cleanse for the wayward one
Is still growing strong and still growing well

Does He still feel the nails
Every time I fail?
Does He hear the crowd cry
Crucify, again?
Am I causing Him pain?
Then I know I've got to change
I just can't bear the thought
Of hurting Him again

PUT ON THE UNIFORM EVERY DAY

Imagine that attaining your vision
Is like playing in a football game
You know that your ultimate vision
Is to be victorious at the end of four quarters
You will have plays and drive goals to accomplish
So that you can attain your vision

The last thing you must do
Before you go out onto the field
Is to suit up you must put on certain
Protective pieces of clothing so you can play hard
Take hits during the game and still be victorious

In life you must put on different
Kinds of protective equipment
To ensure that you will stay strong
No matter what the challenges
Put on the uniform every day

Every day you must wear helmet
Of a new and positive mind set
Just as a coach gives the team a pep talk
Before going out on the field
You need to give yourself a pregame speech
Before you go out in life

You can choose which voices
You listen to in your life
And keep only the ones that
Offers constructive input
Focus on the reason why you can fulfill purpose

Sometimes we need to listen to things
That may seem negative in the moment
But are designed to help us become
Better and keep us on track
Put on the uniform everyday

You are in charge of what input
You allow and what you do with
The input you receive
You always have a choice to create positive
Constructive meanings from the experience and advice life offers you

WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT YOURSELF?

If your self-worth isn’t as strong
As you would like perhaps
A look into your own past
Will explain why
You yourself

Negative words and experiences
Or a lack of care in childhood
Defiantly make their imprint
But I’m not one of those who believe
That we are irrevocably shape by our past

What’s past cannot be changed
But the present and the future
Are ours to do with as we like
As someone once said
It’s never too late to have a happy childhood

To me that means
I can decide today
To shape my life
With positive input
Rather than negative

At every moment
I can give myself permission
To feel good instead of lousy
No matter what the circumstances
What do you like about yourself?

Building self worth
Through positive experience
Is easy once you decided to make
It a priority start by being nice to yourself

But we need to remember
That self-worth is not arrogance
It’s simply recognizing our value
As human beings and giving credit
When credit is due

CARE AND CAPTURE HEARTS

Caring is the second essential feeling
That’s needed by everyone
People in the workplace
Don’t generally talk about
Peace, tolerance and acceptance
Of diversity in the workplace

In nurturing ideas
People and environments
People want to know that
Their employer is interested
In them as human being

Not as a piece of equipment
That comes in on a daily basis
Does a job and leaves
Building a culture and community
In which people feel safe

To be who they are makes
A workplace passionately important
In someone’s life instead of just
A place to show up
Care and capture hearts

Connect with people in a way
That captures their hearts
Which in turn creates a higher level of loyalty
It’s about nurturing clients
Nurturing or caring makes for loyal customers
And greatly expanded business

YOU CHASING YOUR DREAM

See this life is for those who dares 

Who refuse to take refuge with the society
Not been a slave to man nor money
But just taking one step at a time
As life comes each day chase your dream

Hustle your hustle…hype yourself
Make sure is legit to the core
Bring back the best of the best
Of all that you got inside of you
Don’t let anyone stair the ship of your life

Forget hate speeches
It will only break your bridge
To greatness bring in you not others
Leave no mark behind
But good legacies as you go in the chase

Around you are filled with great avenue
To make the venue your pursuit worth it
Be worthy of every task given to you
Remember Life will never happen twice but once
You chasing your dream

When friends don’t believe in you
When family walk away from you
When betrayer from your soulmate hits you
When the so called religious affiliation left you
Just hold on to your dream and chase it

But make sure you survive it all
Everyone got is own issue life is all about your packaging
Never complain about yours to anyone
Because everyone is filled with excuses
And always remember to chase your dream

Be realistic with yourself

When God gets ready to bless

People get upset when you got 

Your blessing outside of them
When God himself 

Is not done with you
He got fast and out there 

Is your blessing waiting for you

There are so many people 

In this world who survived 

Didn’t have this and didn’t have that
Didn’t have help, didn’t have job, 

didn’t have friend and family
Sometimes have to push themselves
But they have to encourage themselves 

You got to move it

You are still fighting in the dark
Work legitimately in the dark
Bought your house in the dark
Raise your kids in the dark
You know that God is on your side

You did not have what they have
But you made it anyway
Whoever you are 

I want you to know this is the time
The moment you’ve been waiting for you
You’ve been waited all your life 

To get thus far where you are right now

BELIEVE

You cannot have to be a believer 

Until you see your whole life
And the misery they have
That you want to change it
Believe

Are you committed?
Because without commitment
Nothing happens
If you don’t learn to give
Like you learn to get 

Every area there is not reciprocity

What do you give back
For what you get

Don’t you give up on your dream

You don’t have the family fund

It may take you twice long
You may have to take course and classes
You may not read as fast
You might not move as quick
You may not get this much
But don’t you quit

You do make the difference
As weak as you are
As tired as you are
As many mistakes you’ve made
You do make the difference
There is something they will lose and miss
If you are not there you do make a different

IT TAKES COURAGE!

Your uniqueness is what separate
You from the pack but you have
Entertain fear for too long it takes courage to do that
Your life line is the joy that comes in the morning
It takes courage to do all that

You got to have the courage
But wait oh do you have the courage
The chase your dream in becoming
The total you in all areas of your life
It takes courage to follow our heart

To act outwardly to what you see inwardly
Do you have the courage?
Or will you die a dreamer
On the verged or on the edge of life
In the line of duty it takes courage to do that

It takes courage to be successful
It is far easier not to be successful
Misery will always have company
Success breeds contempt
If you don’t want to make waves be mediocre

Be normal and fit in to what society wants you to be
And if you’re more concern about people
Then God will neutralize everything he puts within you
Just fit in like everyone else dress like them, act like them
And walk like them then go where they go

It takes courage to be different
And to go where you never gone before
It takes courage to get you outside the box
It takes courage to win life’s battle
The world don’t talk about people who don’t win

Do you have the courage to stand there
While the storms keeps ranges and the people get to talk
And you stand not to turn around because you come thus far
Do you have the courage?

Because the moment you realize this all the better for you

BE WILLING TO WORK

The fourth day God created the sun
To rule the day and the moon to rule the night, and rested
The fifth day God created the fish
In the seas and birds in the air and then He rested

On the sixth day God created Adam and Eve
And no one has rested since
God rested on the seventh day
Not because he was tired, but because
He was establishing a prototype
That is an essential part of physical and spiritual health

Giving money to an able bodied man or woman
Who can work but refuses to work is violation of the law of God
We must stop looking at work as simply a means
Of making a living and realize it is an essential
Ingredient of making a quality of life

If a man is called to be a street sweeper
He should sweep streets as Michelangelo painted
Or Beethoven composed music or Shakespeare wrote poetry
He should sweep the street so well that all the hosts
Of heaven and earth will pause to say here lived
A great street sweeper who did his job very well

We should work as if God is watching
Because He is…
God is never going to trust you with a better job
Unless you succeed at the one you have
Be willing to work

Do a little more than what you’re paid to do
Give a little more than what you have to
Try a little more than what you want to
Aim a little higher than you think possible
And give a lot of thanks to God for health, family and friends

It is required of a steward

That he or she should be found faithful

Be faithful to your employee

Don’t use your employer’s time for your personal hustle

A one side hustle

Faithfulness in little things matters

You cannot just eat in someone time

And still want to succeed in your own hustle

My friend you cannot just eat your cake and have it

A faithful steward

Not a one side hustle

One who is dedicated

Fully utilizing the employer’s time

Not eating into the employer’s time

A faithful employee in his work place

Maintaining the pace

Working towards achieving the company corporate goals

Not a selfish chase eating into the company time

In achieving your own selfish ambition with your employees time

A one side hustle

Is either you intentionally involves

Or you are fully involve in these fluid

Of a one side hustle  

You eat into someone’s time

A one side hustle
