To cast our mind back and reflect
Of our beloved country state Nigeria
The question here is how has it been?
Where are we coming from and where are?
A moment of celebration and reflection.

Our nation and our roles
Years ago some visionaries
Fought for our liberation and freedom
Yes we are free from the colonial masters
But are we free indeed?
Nigeria@52 quite a long journey
And we’ve come thus far.

How is it today?
The economy and education
The political and electoral process
The roads and electricity
The state of the nation
The reforms and programs

What have achieve in the past years
Are we still where we are?
Or are we living in the past
Chasing shadow or a walking shadow
An empty shadow within

Arise the Future Calleth!!!

Today we live for tomorrow
our today determines what tomorrow holds
make it an habit to walk the work
lunch out for every opportunity
awake arise the future calleth.

Start out early with what you have

never wait for God knows who

you yourself can impact a change

believe in yourself it starts within

awake to the reality.

No one wants to live in the past
no one wants to be left behind
no one wants to celebrate a failure
no one wants to associate with good for nothing fellow
no wants to go with the crowd.

If you want to be someone in life
start out early with what you have
from somewhere it doesn't matter where you are

but what you do where you are

the future is for those who dares.

Dare to dream

have a dream in life

be committed to it
work early and late
hard work never kill...it strengthen the mind.

Arise the future calleth
make the best use of each day
cos each counts you can tell
when the greatest opportunity
that will come and change the course of your life.

The storm rages
Billows are tossing high
With its wave wavering
The sky is blue and it seems want to rain
As darkness looms your world
Hope becomes so slim

Without no glimpse of glory
No rays of light
As the ship is threaten
By this angry wave
Wanting to swallow the ship alive
You’ve lost hope

Friends and family are gone
And deep inside you’re alone
With no one to care no one to lean on
All by yourself and loneliness your acquaintance
No matter what, what will be will be
You’ll get there in spite the setback

Is always darkest before the dawn
Don’t be discourage just carry on
The storm will break you
The wave may threaten never be dismayed
There’s light at the end of the tunnel
The anchor holds in spite the storm

The birds will come out again to sing
And there will be a new feeling
All over you the period of setback and pain
Has come and gone the dreams has come true
The storm is over you are here today
Cause you’ve gotten here

Welcome to the dawn of a new era
Your greatest wish has come to pass
In spite of the setback, heart breaks and disappointment
Here you are today celebrated tears of joy
Flow down your chick finally you are here
Welcome to the dawn of a hope rekindled

Thou the night seems black and blue
You look up the sky and it seems
It wants to rain but no sign of rain
As you reach out an outstretch arm
No one is out there to hold out to

As loneliness keeps you company always
As you have no one to call your own

You feel all alone in this world
This space is so much to occupy
By just one single individual
You want to smile you sigh
A pain in the heart and soul
Heartache broken pieces

Friends are gone
Family have deserted you
Leaders are no where to be found
Church members feels unconcern
No one else but God and yourself

Remember you’re not alone
You may feel you are far from home
For home is where He is
He’ll be there down the road
You will never walk alone

For every story comes a glory
For every pain comes a relief
For every crown comes a conquest
For every battle comes victory
For every tears of pain comes a tears of joy

The storm will pass
After the rain comes the sun
And the bird will come out
Once more to sing again
Never, never, never give up
Finish strong get to the finish line

Following our Heart Requires Courage

Following our heart
May involve moving off
From our comfort to somewhere
Cause remaining at the comfort zone
Makes us not to follow our heart

Courage is needed for
A man that has courage
Has everything
Courage takes a mere person
Changing him/her to a fearless being

Often time doing what we want
Leaving the opinions of men and society
Friends are there wanting their will to prevail
As families battle for supremacy
Wanting us to be what they want

Following our heart
Requires courage
To do that which we want and desire
Living that life for the moment
Listening to what our heart wants for us

It takes courage to be real you
It takes courage to live the life you wanted
It takes courage to be that person you desire
It takes courage to rise to a new dimension
It takes courage to follow our heart

It takes courage to start out early with what we have
It takes courage to bring the dream within you out
It takes courage to beat failure rising to a whole new level
It takes courage to “Act” right and say “No” against fear and failure
It takes courage to outlive the world’s best breaking new frontiers

A man that has courage has it all
So follow your heart be real
Be distinct…be wise
Move while the door is open

There was a story about a boy
Called chibuzor
He has tired everything he can do
Just to make it in life yet life is not favorable
Hustling and bustling

Done all kinds of odd job
Hawk in the traffic sales CD’s
As nothing is forth coming
He’s feed up of everything
As the sun scorch his skin

There are so many chibuzor
Around our nation, city and state today
Struggling to keep life going for themselves
So sick, tired and feed up
Almost giving up

To the Chibuzor out there
There’s a story before glory
No matter how tough it may be
Put up your head get up
Is always darkest before the dawn

Never give in nor throw in the tower
Cause God never let the storm
Outlive the sun don’t quit
Hold on to hold out
Storm will come and it will be over

This not time to fall
But this is the time to stand
Get up chibuzor ‘cos is not over
One day that day is close
Cars will run on water

If you’re the Chibuzor out there
See don’t give up on your dream
God hasn’t giving up on you yet
He hasn’t written you off

Birds ushering the dawn
As darkness awaits the dawn
And light offers new hope

Each day accords us
With the power and privilege
To add to the existing body of knowledge
All around us abound prove
Of some people’s achievement

Making landmark in annuals of history
Leading the way becoming
A pace setter in their time
Racing at 190 degree
Passionate to make a change

If today you close your eyes
And you bid farewell to mother earth
What will you be remembered of

Build in a brand for our self

Made to standing the test of time
Our identity speaks for us

It takes us out of the crowd
It projects our image before the public eyes
It makes one to look indispensable
It signifies the quality of good products
That is it building an identity

Is all about packaging
The way and manner you do
Will tell of the kind of identity
You want to build

Some wants to build
An identity that seeks the approval
Of men and not God
Of society and not what they think
Leaving for the society not for God and thyself

The way you are in private
Should also reflect not contradicting
The public life of yours

Will your reputation
Recognize your character
When they meet in the dark?
If yes that is the real you
Project what God wants you to be not men

Never go to society
