NOTHING BUT GOD’S GRACE

For years You’ve been there
Right from the moment I arrive
Your ever sure presence has been with me
Your abiding presence never once forsook me
Am nothing but God’s grace

His grace was there when nothing was there
His grace pick me from the dungeon of the wickedness
His grace brings me to that state where life become fine
His grace gives my life a meaning in meaningless world

Am from dust created to be a lily in the mire
Am rising from obscurity standing so high so tall
Am nothing without the grace of God
Am living and moving all because His grace
Nothing but God’s grace

Have got friends in high places
Have got someone I call
I walk by faith and grace not by sight
When I get down to pray and then help is on is way
Nothing but God’s grace

Am grateful Lord for yet another opportunity
To witness the dawn of another 365 days of journey of grace
Of a truth the past 365 days was wowed with so much
Grace all around me this past 365 days but is
Nothing but God’s grace

SO MUCH TO BE THANKFUL FOR

Am grateful for His faithfulness
That cometh alive every morning
Am just a worm saved by His grace
Even inspite of my unfaithfulness
God still remains faithful

So much to be thankful for
Am grateful for good life in a healthy body
What is the essence of a sicky body living life
That such a life will be uncheerful and uninteresting
So much to be thankful for

Am grateful for his ever sure protection
I walk out of my house early hours of the day
Without no fear of been attacked by anyone
But wait oh, while should I fret when father got me always
So much to be thankful

Am grateful for family
For them providing enabling environment
For me to be all am created by my creator to be
For creating that peaceful co-existence to strive
So much to be thankful for

Am grateful for life
Am grateful of good health
Am grateful for the special gifted being God sends my way
Am grateful for my babies my little friends who are great in a big way
So much to be thankful for

Am grateful for yet another
Wrapping off of yet another 365 days
Here on the land of the living
For making a life proof
Much water has pass under the bridge of life
So much to be thankful

ANOTHER 365 DAYS OF JOURNEY OF GRACE

Many days has come and gone
Many months has been slide
Into the DM of one another month
Seconds has squeeze away into hours
Running into crescendo of month after month

All these years you carried
You be my eyes when I couldn’t see
Beauty in the time of ugliness of life
An oil of gladness in time of pain
Another 365 days of journey of grace

Friends turn into foe
Have fought the war
I stood when all gone
I chase the wind and caught the air
In the mid air Victoria was foresee

Paid the price of betrayal
Seal across the stormy sea of hate
As my boat never sinks even though foes want it to sink
Las, lass I swim to victory I reach the finishline
Another 365 days of journey of grace

But through it all
As chant of aluta was been re-echoing
On the distant land a fierce battle ensue
The birth of Victoria asta
With the motto is not over until I win

Finally the ship has swimming to the shore
The 365 journey has ended about to take voyage
For yet another 365 days of journey of grace
Thank you Lord for you amazing grace
Upon me making me who I am yesterday, today and tomorrow

I feel lucky to have found you

A friend that is so kind and true

To lift me up when I am down

And make me smile when I frown

It’s hard to find the words to say

Just how much I care

But these will have to do

During times I’ve had it rough

I can’t thank you enough
