Life a teacher
Lesson learnt are made for a purpose
Letting go at times becomes so hard
Life happens and things happens
That teaches one about life.

From the knock
From the school of hardknock itself
To the life on the street
That takes survival to survive it all
Teachers of life.

From life event
That orchestrated our existence
Into what we have today and still have tomorrow
Life comes in season
Sometimes we learn in simple way other times so hard.

With the pain of regretting
While procrastination ensue
Long while we fail to take yield
To the serious warning signs
Teachers of life warns us.

Not to be what life really want us
But to go with the lessons of life
So we can live the life void of regret
And pain of not doing what we ought
To do while the lesson of life teaches us about life.

A WORD FOR THE TERM

As the new academic calendar begins come September 4
As pupils get ready to return back to classroom
As teacher buckled up to take on teaching lessons
As we all get ready to get back to the class
So much is expected from both pupils, teachers and management.

…For our pupils
Now is the best time to seat back and take review
Of the last academic session that just ends months back
How is it? Did you achieve all your goals in all subjects in the last term?
How about it, can you say you did well.

…For teachers
How was your performance?
In discharging your duties to these ones
Remember the pupils are kept in your care
Of which you will give account at the close of day.

For Management
How far do you go to create?
A conducive atmosphere for learning and working condition
Did you say you perform up to the best in the last term?
How about that your responsibility towards your staffs and pupils
This term pupils, teachers and management of schools.

Make sure you do your best in all ramifications
Will all should never look back to the last term success
Because if you do you cannot achieve something worth while

OUR SEEDS AFTER SECONDARY SCHOOL

They left the four walls of learning

The class room that harbors them
For the six years of their life
They learn sometimes in a fun way
Other times in a very hard and painful way

As each educators
Walk night and day to dish out
The best to make them stands out
Each lessons are an event to look forward
Our seeds after secondary school

Many years has come and gone
The kids that stays in one single room
Learnt a lot together and play together
Have now scattered all around leaving
The beautiful memory of classroom life behind

On the memory lives on in our mind
As educators and pupils life goes on
Some move on in life so fast
While some had a slow movement in life
They are all our seed that we planted

Many years ago as we never went back
After the seeds has been planted in them
We wait laboured, toiled and nurture
These seeds of greater tomorrow of greatness
Now the seeds are scattered abroad around us

These are the seed of self discipline
These are seeds of academicianism
They are seed of moral uprightness
These seeds that stands the test of immoral
These are all the seeds educators planted

In this beautiful young dynamic minds
Sprouting to became greater harvest
In the annuals of history books of records
Making marks leaving a worthy footprints
On the sands of times.

Today we see the other wise
Some seeds made it to germination
And breaking every barrier underneath the earth
The ground sufficing on the surface of the earth
Our seeds after secondary school

While some other seeds grew
To become weeds and thorns
In the flesh of the society
Where they exist in
A wasted effort and unproductive labour

They turn out to become.
What kind of seed do you turn out to become
How far has the seeds planted in you have gone
Did the seed fall on the rock stone
Or on a fertile ground that germinate
To great tree of greatness
Bringing joy not sorrow and heartache.
