Then we wallow in endless borrowing
Plunging the generation unborn
Into generational debt servicing
And the trend goes on and on
How do we get here?

Many years ago 

We live in affluent of resources
No shady practices and dealings

As everyone is ready to serve
With the vision of what 

One can do for his country
The GDP was doing fine 

And every sector working well
But how far today

How do we get here?

Until we get all these fix up
We won’t get it right at all

Embracing change usually requires
That we step out of our comfort zone
And do things we’ve never tried before
Because nothing grows in the comfort zone

Until you move that’s when things we move

Most of us tend to change
Only when the pain of remaining
The same becomes greater than

If we want to keep up
We must accept changes when they come

DON’T LET YOURSELF STAGNATE

Think about water in a backyard pond
When you first put water in a pond
It’s healthy and vibrant
It’ll support fish and plant life

But if you keep the same old water
In the pond week after week
Pretty soon it gets stagnant
The fish and plant life in the pond
Become poisoned 

With waste and eventually die

For the pond to support life
You have to recirculate the water
Or better yet add new water frequently
When you do that the fish and plants
Will thrive for a long time

Like a pond each of us has a certain
Amount of mental, emotional and physical water
Meaning our thoughts, our actions 

Our history and so on at any given time
That water does a pretty good job

Of supporting our lives at their current levels
But unless we add fresh water all the time
In the form of new experiences
New ways of thinking, new beliefs and new ideas
Then we too become stagnant

Will come only 

When there is an equivalent

It is only when the individuals 

In an organization are accountable 

That the organization as a whole 

Will see an increase in profitability

And doing what we need to do
Excuses for our failure we didn’t 

Have enough money to spend
Or enough training or we ran 

Out of time or blame 

It was someone else fault

Instead of being accountable 

Too many companies
Have become a haven for finger pointers
Funny thing about finger-pointing 

Though when one finger points out 

The other three are pointed back

To be truly accountable 

You must eliminate the blame
Excuses and fear that bind you 

And take ownership of your actions

No matter how disjointed you think

The manufacturer and designer of your life
Still has the spare part in His store house

You look for help here and there

From the street called hope
As your hope turns soar
And gone with the wind
As you embark on each day’s task hope is gone

I know is very hard to hold on to hope
When everything is pointing towards impossible
In the direction of an hopeless situation
Everything got broken just hold on hope is on the way

God holds the world in His hand
He form it from the power of the spoken world
He made you out of the dust
In palm He forms you
He got you from day one uptill now

Friends fall just hold on hope is on the way
Family are gone just hold on hope is on the way
Loves ones forsake you just hold on hope is on the way
Everything falling apart just hold on hope is on the way
To feed is hard task just hold on hope is on the way
