OASIS…The Enemy Within

Like a subtle ant it crept in
Right beneath the cloth between our skin
Like a scourge of the sun of afternoon time
Moment after moment it goes subtlety
Like a ravaging monster..Oasis

Destroying the host
Without the host not knowing
Act like an air conditioning
So cold, cool and calm
That its host cannot detect it deception

Like a thief in the night
Visiting its prey unannounced to steal valuables
Like a sand at the sea shore
Washed away with the water in the river
Oasis…The enemy within

Like a parasite living under its host
Looking nice appearing beautiful outside
But within lies an arsenal of an unimaginable element
Like a charming prince within lies a chattering looks
Oasis…the enemy within

You can’t detect…you can smell it
As the smile of the perfume hose out
Just like the scent on heaven angelic bodies
But alas within lies deadly things
Unimaginable beyond human expectation

You see in life
You don’t know who got your back
Better still who wants you out of the game
Life is a jungle you got to keep your head up strong
Be realistic in all ways be the you, you want to see in others

Don’t go around back stabbing anyone
Everyone needs someone they can confide in
Not the one who we tear them down
Remember not to be an
Oasis…enemy within
