FACING THE GIANTS

Life isn’t fair as we think
Several occurrences happens
That whether and bring us down
Down to our feet like a toddler
And things to contend with as we live

Constantly we face these giants
That threatens our present
Tiring our future in twain
Spirit down no courage to go on
And so much to have face off with

We face the giant of our own selves
The giant of religion man made tradition
We the giant of the fear that ravages us within
That when it shows outside it ruins everything
All what we’ve ever live and work for and love

We face the giant of fear of acceptance
From the society we found ourselves in
To feel belong and flow with the tides of the present moment
We walk the distance of unfair criticism
And heavy sigh but no relief came after it

And time running out
You’re losing it all out
No shock absorber left
To hold it out for God’s knows how
Little while longer is what is always heard off

Facing the giants of fear
With bold courageous mind
A big faith in our heart
That someday the storms will pass
With the day brighten up and fair enough

For the bird to come out singing
The days of despair has come and gone
The sun is shining the dream has come true
Welcome today with hope irrespective
Of what happens the dream has come true
