NOT JUST A BABY

Born in a manger

His birth was foretold many years ago
The son of the most High He is
Of which is the beloved of His Father
But He is not just a baby
 
Born to become
The Saviour of the world
To live and die one day
For the world in which was He was born
The prince of peace He is
 
Of his government
There shall be no end
As He rules in Majesty
His reign there shall be peace
Not just a baby
 
And would have taught
So long ago so many faraway
A son of man who be born
In a manger lay is the King of kings
