Is a New Year
There are so many events here and there
The fasting is ongoing praying for the nation
Every religious organization isn't left out
God never abandoned Nigeria but what happened?.

With the vast resources
Left in the hands of so few
Corrupt Nigerians living lavishly
In the nation's treasure yet
We go on fasting and praying.

This is completely delusional
We are praying to God for God to help us
What more do you want God to do for Nigeria
Nigeria is seen as God most favorite child
God gave us everything to be the richest country in the world.

God did not fail Nigeria at all
But Nigerians fail Nigeria
What more do you want God to do for you
To jail your corrupt politicians
Come off it is good to pray.

Stop praying to God for God
To bless Nigeria He has done so already for us
God we not run a free and fair election for Nigerian
We have placed tribe and religion above everything
Nigeria lay their bed this way and so we must lay on it.
