SO MANY LET GO TO BE DONE

In life there are so many things
You need to look away from
If you want to attain the goal of existence
Or else life will live you past
So many let go to be done

You let go sin
So you can come to full
Realization of who God wants you to be
In living for Him and His will
Having the center stage in your life.

You let go of the cares and worries of life
As over-thinking no fit solve problems at all
Just let it go drop life's burden
Take life easy live one day at a time
Don't carry problems on your shoulder

Forget the mere mortal's words
A lot of people want to bring
The next person down with their words
And in their tongue is found the poison
Of blackmail and unfair criticism.

Let it all out because
By the time you do this
You experience the sweetness of life
And it freshness that comes with a great outpouring
Just let it go and rivers of joy will overflow into your life.

AND THE CLOCK STILLED

Life runs so fast
When life starts having a meaning
Stars drop and fade out
Its lights dim when least expected
Someday the sound

Where did we miss it all

With all these hardships and suffering
Is it just the man in power
Or we ourselves are the one
Doing ourself each one towards the other

Is so drunk with corruption
That our conscience never pricks us anymore
We've lost it that which makes us human
The heart for humanity and fellow countrymen and women.

Each day
Each moment
Corruption will keep shouting
Yet corruption fails to take it leave
If not it should take a French leave

But no
I wish our founding fathers are alive
Religion on the other enslaves more people
Our leaders have turned the nation
To an entitled heritage

And yet we keeping
Leaping like a laper on one foot
As we cry out on an hungry stomach
chanting the course of our nation
Yet we are still under the curse of corrupt leadership

Who did this to us?
Where did we miss it?
Where and how did we get to this point?

Which way Nigeria is heading to

At what point?!

Everywhere we go just like the MTN slogan
We see nothing less than hunger and hardship
We don't speak the same language anymore
Just like ETISALAT we lost our voice in unity
Our pride is trodden under other nation's feet
We no longer glow with pride anymore just like GLO.

At what point
Do we lose it
Our naira holds no water
No good healthcare system
Hunger ravages the land
Mass explosive rate of unemployment

And now we are heading to the election
To go out there and queue for so long
To elect a new leader while the ones
Who has lot the nation's treasures
Still seek for re-election at what point
Do we lost it and come to this point?

WAIT!

Yes You
If you feel and think
That you are far
Beyond the reach of God

Just because the situation
And circumstances surrounding
Your existence as human
Think again as God never forgets His own
He will be right there with you

Come rain
Come sunshine
Come hot water
Come hell you will come out strong
As no one is beyond the reach of God

You're of God
The sheep of His pasture
He created you in His image
Crafted you in the palm of His hands
No one, not you is beyond the reach of God.

All of your days belong to Him
He knows you much more than you do
Because He made you and created you
You are not going to suffer defeat in life
No matter what

No matter how far you've gone
No matter how dirty your past might have been
No matter what you are going through presently
All that matter is this you are not beyond the reach of God!

Without the grace of God upon me
All my life is gracing no matter what grace got me
