Reunion

A kneeling pad, used in the gardenImage via Wikipedia

The service is nearing an end
The choir is singing “just as I am”
And now as the old song is played
People at the alter kneeling down to pray
Reunion

As the church was crowded with people
As worshipers trop into the church
Seated and awaiting for the service to commence
As mothers, fathers and children are all present
In anticipation to hear from God the word for today

As the preacher preach the salvation message
I see a father is praying with his son
Mama kneeling beside them thanking God they came
There’s an old man standing there in tears
Giving up apart of him he’s held back for years

As everyone in a serious mood
Settling and check up his life
Letting go, re-examination and rededication
Making sure all is right
Reunion

Heart are been broken
Life’s are been change
Those who called upon Him
They will never be the same
Reunion

The time has come to give into the Lord
That’s what the alter is for
You don’t have to carry
Those burdens any more
Go quickly now before they close the door that’s what the alter is for

Only if you can let go all
At the alter and have a fresh breathe of relief
That peace within that no one can offer you
Return back to God your creator
And have a reunion with Him today

Where is it?

Love for ArtsImage via Wikipedia

You love the lord
And the things of this world you love
Your brother is in need
And you’re unable to help him
Is that good

Where is it
The love of God
In your heart
You’ve lost it long ago
The love of God

The feel has left
God has left you to yourself
You never care about
The things of the lord
Where is it?

The first love
That fire that was burning on the alter
Has gone out and you are empty
Void of God’s presence and spirit
Is either you’ve left God or He…

You can still remember
The first you talked with the Lord
As you knelt on your knees in that night
But the passion and pleasure
Of life of this world has taken…

The cross from your side
But you long to go back
To that place where you once
As the spirit felt on you
Today, where is it? How is it today?

You never bothered if
Your brother is in pain
You never want to offer help when needed
You just act as if you never fail their need
But it wasn’t this way those good days…where is it?

Signs of the Time

Drumcree Parish ChurchImage via Wikipedia

Our old is getting old
As the days unfold
Many things abound
The signs are every where
Signs of the time

The economy rescission
The state of anarchy
Unrest in the land
The moral decadence
Evils are abound

Troubles some times are here
Filling men’s heart with fear
Freedom will all with hold
Now is at then
Humble your heart to the God

There’s a war going on
Within the bad and the evil
One want to gain supremacy
Over the other
Lawlessness and human hostage

The quest for riches, fame and position
Is so alarming drunk with power
Want to have power by all means
Craziness in fashion returning back to zero point
With illicit kind of music

Truth is so scarce
There’s farming of God’s word
They muddle up the word
And take away Christ
Signs of time are already here

Look up the eastern sky
Lift up your head
For redemption draweth nigh
Many will be deceived with so many love wax cold
Moving from faith to falsehood
These are the signs of time so be ready for He is coming soon.

Yourself to Blame

I Blame YouImage via Wikipedia

You walk yourself into it
All by yourself
Cast a deaf ear to all warning
You’ve gone so far into it
Little do you know
That you’re rekindling that fire

The fire that will burn you
It will so much consume you
Without remedy…then
Before you got to know
You’ve gone and you now have
Yourself to blame

Full of regret
That careless act
Bring so much woes and pain
From one problem into another
You’ve lost all you now live
In the past “ex-glory”

Look you’re going
Watch and take heed
Never get to that point
The point of no return
That place where no return is certain
Wake up and realize

Because soon your fate will be determine
Sooner or later when you’ll wake up
That act will now become really
Then there will weeping and gashing of teeth
You now see that yourself is the one
Causing the whole problem

You brought it upon yourself
You’ve got to carry your load
All by yourself is yours
And you got to live with you
So be careful of how you thread here on earth
Any action you bear the consequence
You have yourself to blame.
