LIFE

Life is about balance
We have joy and sorrow
There are highs and lows
As we give to others in helping them
We must not neglect to feed ourselves

We must first put our own mask on
Before attempting to help someone else
Sometimes we are the one needing
To put a mask on someone else
Life

At other times we may need
Someone to put the mask on us
You have helped a half dozen
People get their masks on
And now you need help but there’s no one

You need someone to put your mask on for you
But if no one is willing to help, what can you do
You would be extremely frustrated
Watching everyone else calmly seated
Breathing while you gasp for air because no one helped you

Think about how you feel
When you’re constantly giving
For a while, you feel rewarded because
You have the joy of helping someone else
But after a while you get back in tune with your own needs

What about me? You may ask
Imbalances in our lives can create frustration
As you give and give yourself
It’s important to refuel by spending time
With people who can pour into you

When you make a conscious decision
To have balance in your life
You systematically eliminate the potential
For frustrating and misery
Life

A SHAME TO GRACE

Grace is never a license to take hold
And leave the coverage of the one
Who provides it and makes it easy
Access for all and sundry
Grace comes to the unmerited

Yes the one who has gone so far from home
Who has lost it all on the stable of sinful dealings
And is never a license to walk out anytime
And works into the grace at will
A shame to grace

Is that point in time
When one takes the grace of God
For granted at the expense of Christ atoning sacrifice
Grace comes at a time when will never deserve it
A shame to grace

Exhausting His grace at expense of nothing
Falling several times and saying Grace is there
Yes is there but when you take the grace of God invain
You lost it all out from the essence of what it was made for
The grace of God should not be taken by fool

It was on that day a long walk to Calvary was taken
From the place of skull Golgotha went on and on
Until in face of Calvary on Calvary’s hill
It was purchase everyone was there and there stood the lamp
The lamp who exchange his life for grace you enjoy

So many years have come and gone
And the grace still flowing on
On that same Calvary hills
A shame to grace
How do you threat the grace of God in your life today?

...A Mile From Home

It was a restless call
From a distant land o’er hills
Far and wide in the distant place
O’er the restless wind
A mile from Home

Just like a call
Is a call that needs and seeks urgent response
Is coming from a mile from home
So long and far gone a distance
A mile from home

You may be far from home
As long as you can try and work
Just hold on and give the best of yourself
Shot the star race to finish in search of attaining greatness
Because a mile from home will see you through becoming

Someone great…someone who is not afraid
Someone undivided…someone who seeks a certain goal
A mile from discouragement and despondent
A mile from home too close to home
Only it takes courage to reach your destination

…Arise!

Like a chant is coming
Across the length and breathe
Of every cities where man is found
Nowhere is left out is national call
To nationals that reside in this great land

Will are not just calling out for lukewarm set of being
But will are calling out to one and all who dares for change
Change from the normal way things have been going on
Is time to build our land let’s make the change possible
To serve without fear or in favour of people no matter what

…arise!
Let the wind takes the sound o’er hills far into distant land
Resounding with so intense sound far across the land
It travels beyond reigious sentiment and affiliation
Is time to build our land arise of compatriot
This is the time to stand and go the distance miles

In saving our land and bringing back
The found father dream for a beloved land like this
Never allowing their labours past to be invain
In pursuit of great nation not just great in words
But great in every sphere of his existence

Arise!
To the one on the farm wake up
To the one in the seat of power
To the one on the street of major cities
To the one whose lost hope in this country
To the one who have lost faith in government

Will need to wake to the call
Is a national call to awaken the spirit of patriotism
That will have lost on the table of selfish seeking interest
This is the time to seek for emancipation of redeeming this land
Arise! You have to

THE ONE WHO WATCHES ME

Everlasting Father He is to me
For ages past He form me in His likeness
Made me from the dust of the earth
Breathe into my nostril I came to life
He has been there all this years

Through the time…through the night
God has been so forever always faithful
Even in the midst of my unfaithfulness
God is watching me always and looking out for me
The one who watches me

Is the tribe of the Lion of Judah
Is the image of the invisible God
Is the alpha and omega the for and last He is
Is the one who got my back for real
Is the one that leads me beside the still waters

Oh God my help in ages past
Be thou my guide as you have been in the past for the future
Because with you the future is secure, sure and certain
The great God with awesome power
The one who watches me

Am afraid of ten thousands of soldier
Legions of enemies is nothing when you are there with me
From the past to the present you are there watching me
God is so good in every imagination
The one who watches me

He never sleep nor slumber
He has been there for ages past
The fountain head of all things
Everything starts with Him and ends with Him
The one who watches me you cannot outlive Him
