Many started so well

Full of zeal, vision and great strength

For the journey started out so far

The fire kept burning as the zeal keeps pumping fast

Hearts are racing to greatness not achieving average

 

Does not matter how you started

But how you’ll finish, you choose

Either you choose to finish as weaker

Or the other way around eager to finish so strong

Is all about finishing strong  

Failure has fallen you flat on your face

The last chord has just be broken

And setbacks stairs you on your face

No matter what happen you weren’t your self anymore

The problems you face are getting stronger

Have you sat and think of what happens

To those of your friends you grew up with

To those you schooled in the same school with

After years of been togetherness about 20 years later

You come across them and the question is what happens

Where did they miss it wrong?

As their conditions leaves you wondering in a deep thought

They should have sky rap to an enviable heights

Keeping the flag of success flying high making marks in annuals of history

Why did they finish so weak not strong?

They’ve missed out somewhere

Or they never falls the procedure of success

Have they cut corners that made them return to square one?

Not been able to finish as awesomely as planned

Alas! The journey weren’t proper chartered

The strength becomes weak

The zeal has all been zealed out

The burning fire on the altar has gone out

The spring on the shock absorber has all broken

When life looks blinks and blank

When it seems life is full of disappointed

And life flows some high in the midst of life battles

Is all about grace

Grace kept on coming and showing up

At every moment when life is too hard to bear

When every moment flew in seconds and lost away

Life becomes slim in the face of troubles the storms

Is all about grace

And it seems like a candle in the wind

Blown away in its prime wasted m

Carried away with the chaff of life

Carried by the grace of God that transcend down to mankind

When life shatters the hope of a better tomorrow

When life locks us out of the door of life

When the world walks out on us at one point in our life

When it seems life has ended and hope is taken away

Is all about grace that keeps us going inspite of it all

Through it all in the eyes of the storm

We hope in the hopeless situations

The darkness of the night just a glimpse of grace

The light suffices fading away the darkness becomes

Is all about grace that lights up our gloomy and darken world

Grace brought salvation to mankind

When he was lost in sin deep down that road

Grace makes a lot of difference in one’s life

Like a ship wondered far away from the shores

Is all about grace that brought such a ship safe back to abhor

For such a one whose life

Has wondered far away from such a one

Who has lost it all left without nothing

Becoming as nothing within just empty

Making it so easy to access God’s throne

Any day, anytime and anywhere

Breaking and cutting the curtain in-twain

Not just only the prophet having access to it all

The world has witness just one person

Having access in communicating with God

And it went on and on like that

GOD’S MATCHLESS GRACE

Amazing grace

So amazing it was

That it saves the thief on the cross

On the day of execution

When no one was there to stand for such a thief

Three cross stood out on that day

As the world marches on to witness

A great show that is about to go down memory lane

From dark hoes to heroes the road was a long walk to

God’s matchless grace

So amazing

That it spruced human reasoning

Beyond the human tongue can tell

To that human brain can fathom

It is nothing but the matchless grace of God

From the foundation of the world

To the root on which the world was formed

From time in memorial it has been grace

Grace made it simple to access the place of the holies

God’s matchless grace made it so easy and easy for all

To the one who has lost it all

To the one who never merited grace at all

Who has gone down that road of a graceless road

Irrespective of how far how rotten such a life is just an encounter with

God’s matchless grace

Made a whole lot difference in such of a life

Making a broken life mended with the salt of grace

Makes a shattered life repair to its full stage with grace

Makes dead stain life of sin to be clean and whole again

God’s matchless grace it is and still redemption for such a soul undone

NEW YEAR'S FOCUS

As we enter into the New Year
Our roads are still the same
With its pothole and street light on it
The air we breathe in is still the same
The food we eat is still cooked in the same pattern

But only one thing will never change
God and His word can never change
To live in this New Year one is required of us all
Love that conquers everything
Let there be change and let love shine

From parent to children
Lecturers to student
Employer to employee in office and at work place
Landlord (landlady) to tenant
Let love be our watch word as we interact with one another

If you still do what you do in the past year
In this New Year the result of last year
Will be that which you’ll get in this New Year
Do a different thing in a different pattern
Remember love matter so much
