LET FREEDOM RING

In the world
Where hates of mankind
Has to imprison so many a heart
Into a long war of animosity
Held captive in the midst of it all

Let freedom rings
In that city where there is
No one is free from
The shackles of man's enslavement
From the shackles of sin power

Where held down in the bondage
Of man's adamic nature
With so much hatred in the land
Let freedom rings
Where there is no key

Where hope for freedom is lost
Where chains are still
In the hands and feet of the prisoners
To redeem such a one back home
Let freedom rings

To the one who
Has left the Father's house
And embark on that road
Forget the ancient landmark
Let freedom rings

Like a beacon of home
To the one who has lost
In the world of sin, self, and hates
Like freedom ring
To point the way back home to the lost.

WHEN DEPRESSION COMES CALLING AT LIFE

Do the one you can
Make sure you work legitimately
To make it in live
Because this money will cost a lot
This is for that person out there

Who feels he is not doing well enough
To be rubbing shoulders with peers
But know this every one
Has its own time table
Never use someone time table

To compare the speed of your life
Life will happen several times
But make sure when life happens
You are still standing on your feet
So strong to whether the storms of life

Life is too short
Never let anyone drive you
To the point of getting depressed
Nor tired of living the life
You were created and made to live

Life happens on all sides
Sometimes on top of the mountain
Some other time deep down in the valley
And it seems in between deep blue sea
Life is never so short but make sure you live the best

In all you do
Find your happiness
There will be days
When there won’t be anything to eat
And you wonder from coast to coast

Starved, weak and liness comes
To play and your life is fading
Small by small you see your life
Fading out right in your eyes
When depress comes calling at life

Be sure you stand strong
Because the anchor definitely will hold
Inspite the storms of life
In the midst of all these
Remember life is short tomorrow is for those who stand so firm while today adversity calls on one

THE YELLOW BUSES WENT OFFLINE TODAY

Woke up one Monday morning
No sign of yellow buses
It is quite unusual everyone kept wondering
What would have happened?
And led to such an act

People walked, trekked and got stranded
As some go on to lament
On the state of the nation
Getting worse by the day
The yellow buses went offline

All in protest against
Unlawful extortion by various
Task Force Agency
Calling it enough is enough action
It is time to speak up against injustice

In their own words
They are so sick and tired
They need a road map
Of where they will go from here
As things won't continue to go this way

No one is ready to come to their rescue
The government isn’t helping the matter at all
As they see it as a normal thing
So is better they continue to live with it
The yellow buses went offline

They need to be heard
Their views on this bad act
Of extorting them without pity and consideration
All in the name of nothing to account for such an act
The yellow buses went offline all because of injustice meant to them.

WHO OFF LIGHT?!

Many people have gone through life
Withered and tired of life
That we don't know
Where to go as light is turned off
From our life

Life begins
Flitting away like a candle in the wind
We have so much encumber
With this and that life becomes gloomy
Darkness takes over our space

Chasing shadow
On the round pig hole
But many of us our problem
Is ourselves a lot we are going through
Is the making of our hand

We've use our hand
To off the light upon ourselves
We lost it long ago when one careless act
Ruin our life journey sold out our birthright
All for the sake of one seconds life's enjoyment

Will scream who off light?
But when we looked at the switch
We found the one who off the light on us
It was no one but you
Yes is you are the one who off the light

THE AZUSA STREET REVIVAL

The mission on Azusa Street is gone
Memories have faded
The big question now
Before our contemporary church and Christian
Is this one question what remains…

Six million lives
It all begins in one single building
Then spread to all the whole world

One hundred years ago
A movement like none other
Since shook the very foundation
Of the American church
People reported speaking in tongues

New denominations were formed
And the charismatic movement was born
This was the outburst and result
One single event which happens on Azusa Street
It shook the foundation of the church

Spawned numerous denominations
Changed the lives of six million people forever
All this happened in the 20th century of the world
Azusa Street is the story of real event
Real people and real God

A warm April day of 1906
When a group of African and American people#
Gather together to pray to waits
On God’s Spirit a slave boy went for that meeting
William J Seymour preached as if it was his last message

Jennie Moore explains the touch of Azusa Street
It seemed as if a vessel
Broke within me and surged up
Through my being which
When it reached my mouth
Came out in a torrent of speech
In languages God had given me

What happen inside that house
Separated the father from the son
And mother from daughters
It invites ridicule from the press
And divided congregation in Los Angeles
At the same time it change life forever and for good.
