NIGERIA: JOY TURNS TO MOURNING.

Beneath the skies of holiday cheer
Crowds gathered with hopes sincere
In Oyo, Abuja and Anambra's lane
Laughter dissolved to cries of pain
As stampedes left a harrowing stain.

The air was thick with dreams untold
Hands outstretched for promises bold
Yet in the crush despair would rise
Turning bright hopes into anguished cries
As life ebbed away before our eyes.

The fair that promised festive delight
Became a battlefield, a chilling sight
Mothers wept for children lost,
A tragic reminder of the human cost
When order fades and chaos is tossed.

Oh, the weight of promises unmet
Of safeguards lost and lessons to beget
The hunger for aid, the rush to survive
Should not end lives that strive to thrive
But demand safety to keep hope alive.

May these wounds teach us to reform
To shield the frail from the storm
Let future gatherings bring no sorrow
But pave the way for brighter tomorrow
Where joy won’t to mourning bow.

HUNGER AMIDST STAMPEDING.

Should the country live on palliative?
How can a rich country be eating
Like rat of the crunches falling
Off from the table and the masses
Was left to pinot to feed on.

Why won't there be stampeding
Fine there is hunger in the land
Not just hunger but starvation
Accompanying the said hunger
This is not just hunger but.

On the part of the government
That failed us but the organizers
Failed to provide good crowd
Control technique making the whole
Situation escalating to an inevitable quiet end.

Hunger amidst starvation
Leading to stempeding
Lives were lost death toll
Keep rising up no proper
Human management control.

WHEN CHRISTMAS WAS STILL CHRISTMAS.

We know the worth of Christmas
That its worth is not in the fancy things of life
But in the little things we have to celebrate
The Christmas that we have back then
In those days when Christmas was still Christmas.

We have so little to enjoy
With so much happiness and contentment
We take it all like that just a simple heart
Not with the mind of covetousness
Of trying to be this and that.

When Christmas is approaching
Of coming to town come and see
This excitement that fills the air
There is a brand new fresh new feelings
everywhere when Christmas was still Christmas.

Yes it comes in a one time year event
But you have to see the love so pure
And love in giving and sharing
The little that we have towards others
As it is a season of giving with love not grudgingly.

No one is under pressure
To outshine whosoever
Every has the heart of contentment
No one is pressuring or oppressing anyone
That is when Christmas was till Christmas

THE HEART OF CHRISTMAS.

The heart of Christmas beats so pure and true
A light that glows in all we say and do
It speaks of love that knows no bound
A warmth that spreads and circles round
A gift that lives the whole year through.

Beneath the star that graced the sky
A promise born that will never die
It whispers peace to every soul
A healing balm to make us whole
A hope that lifts our spirits high.

The laughter shared the songs we sing
The quiet joy that moments bring
In every heart the magic lives
A silent call that gently gives
The heart of Christmas is everything.

Through winter’s chill the warmth remains
In candlelight and snowy plains
A child’s wonder in the air
A sacred beauty everywhere
The heart of Christmas softly reigns.

So let us hold this gift with care
Its timeless love for all to share
A treasure bright that cannot fade
In every soul its mark is made
The heart of Christmas is always there.

INJUSTICE TO ONE IS INJUSTICE TO ALL.

A cry rings out yet falls unheard
A single voice a silenced word
But ripples spread from pain’s first call
For injustice to one is a chain on all
A wound that festers a truth deferred.

In a nation where democracy is practice
But the people has not fair hearing
To air their view in that such nation
Where everything goes you can think of
I leave you to think of anything thinkable.

Injustice is at will flying so high
Across the length of breadth of the nation
Everyone is scared and afraid to talk
Nor to write the wrong in the nation
Homeland is no longer home for the oppress.

Only the money bags get the judicial system
As the system is so corrupt left in the hand
Of corrupt government office holders
And investors aren't left in this show of shame
Of playing the devil's card of injustice.

Every where in all sectors of the nation
From the government agency
To the other agency that drives change
The church are not left out in this show of injustice
Every is showing the scenes of injustice in our land.

Until this mince of injustice is curtailed
That is when this nation will once again
Strive on the will and good mind upon which
Our founding father built it remember is
Another person today tomorrow it can be you.

Injustice for one is injustice for all
So stand unite and hear the plea
For justice thrives in unity
A fight for one lifts every voice
Together we must make the choice
To end the wrong to set hearts free.

WHAT DO YOU BRING TO THE TABLE?

It is important that you have
And be with someone
Who has something
They bring to the table
Bringing something to the table divers.

Some brings wisdom to the table
Some brings respect to the table
Which becomes the deal breakers
Some brings understanding to the table
And that matters so much.

Some brings networking
Knowing people to solve issues
Some brings great advice
That springs up good things
What do you bring to the table.

Some brings hearing and wisdom
It doesn’t have to be cash
Sometimes is not necessary to be cash
Some brings money management
What do you bring to the table.

Some people the reason
While they are around you
Is to suck from you and
Never contribute a quota into your life
What do you bring to the table?

It is important
You have someone that
Brings something to the table
This table you have has one leg
You need someone who will bring another leg to join.

GOAL DIGGER.

Digging dreams from depths unseen
Unearthing paths to places clean
In every step a spark a fire
A climb a fight a fierce desire
Goal Digger.

With vision sharp and spirit bold
She digs for dreams like hidden gold
Through grit and grace she paves her way
A goal digger day by day
Goal Digger.

She carves her path
Both fierce and wise
With steady hands and watchful eyes
In soil of doubt dreams are planted
A goal digger fueled by endless schemes.

In fields of hope
He sows his might
With steady steps through day and night.
Unearthing dreams, she won’t let go
Goal Digger.
A goal digger, fierce and bold.

Mine your purpose, deep and true,
With strength to conquer and pursue
Through grit and goals, you carves all the way
A dreamer digging day by day
Becoming a goal digger.

THE NATION IS AT IT AGAIN.

Our nation is boiling
We are at it again
The land is wailing
Gashing their teeth
The nation is at it again.

Who would have thought
That we as a nation and people
Of how do we get to this place
Of remaining young teenagers behind bars
That ought to be in school.

Who took the street in peaceful protest
In protesting as against
The hunger in the land
But alas the reverse is the case
They were deprive of their legitimate right.

The right to free hearing
And of a freedom of speech expression
They were packed and locked up
Behind bars for days without food
Only in their appearance you can see.

A malnourished set of teenagers
Who have been locked up behind bars
For days only God knows how many days
They have been there without water and food
And yet we say we are practicing democracy.

Is this really the democracy
That was define or some other
Definition handed down to us
For crying out loud this people
Never committed any sort of crime they only exercise.

Their right speaking up
Against ill-threated situation
You round them up locked them up
Then went head long to arraign them before the court
On whose order please the nation is at it again.

WHEN GOD FINALLY PICKS YOUR CALL.

In silence
I whispered prayers long and deep
Through nights of longing in dreams and in sleep
The line seemed distant the heavens far
Like searching for light in a sky without star.

But one day
The skies broke open wide
A voice like thunder gentle yet tried
"My child, I’ve heard you every tear every plea
In the stillness you’ve always been seen by Me."

And in that moment hope was reborn
A heart once weary no longer torn
For when God picks up the wait fades away
And all you’ve desired finds light in the day
When God finally picks your call.

MANY VOICES.

There are a whole lots
Of talent out there
In the world today
Some got the opportunity and platform
To be heard loud and clear.

And the world thoughts
That they are the best of voices
Out of so many out there
But that is because
They were given the chance
To speak for their voice to heard.

But I come to tell you
That they are better off
Voices than the ones
You have heard about and of
This voices are making marks.

In their respective domain
From the little corner they are
They exhume large volumes
That shine like a diamond
Even when the needed opportunity wasn't there.

They create the little stage
They don't mind if the audience
Aren't crowd well enough
They went head long to perform
Their craft crafting a master voice.

For the world to come and see
As their voice are heard
Over the trenches without no
Internet to amplify their voice
They amplify their voice turns it into a golden voice.

Becoming many voices
Out of the little corner
They are turning into an
International champions
Who was once a local domain champion.

Many voices...many words
Many faces...many dreams
Many route...many goals
One destination towards
Attaining nothing but reaching greatness
But yet many voices discovering out of the blue.

MY GOD WHO SEES ME!

In shadows deep where silence speaks
Where heavy burdens crush the weak
There is a light that finds my way
A watchful eye, both night and day
My God who sees me.

You see me when the tears won’t cease
In moments robbed of hope and peace
Your gaze is soft yet strong and sure
A love that knows, a heart that’s pure
My God who sees me

When I am lost You still pursue
In desert lands Your streams break through
You hold my soul within Your sight
And chase away the darkest night
My God who sees me.

O God who sees the pain the scar
You know the depths of who we are
No corner of my soul unknown
For in Your care, I’m not alone
My God who sees me

You are the eyes that never close
In joy in grief You see You know
My God who sees whose love redeems
You hold my heart, my hopes and my dreams
My God who sees me.

SEE GOD.

You no need to fly
Before you can see God
God is always close to us
Just as our breath is
So He is.

You no need to climb
The highest mountain
Before you can feel
The presence of God
His presence is everywhere.

To every turn you take
To every road you travel through
You no need to go too far
Before you can see God
His presence is everywhere you go.

You no need to run the miles
Before you can reach God
God dey for you if you dey for Him
Na two way things and condition dey sha
So forget watin society talk about God.

Because God is never a God
Which is so far off Him way no too dey hard
His presence dey closer than you think
Watin man think say or paint ‘em nor bi em at all
Remember say you no need to fly before you see God.

BEYOUND THE BOUNDARIES.

There’s a light within unseen untold
A fire waiting a dream to unfold
Locked in the heart hidden by fear
Yet whispers of greatness are always near
Unlocking potential how to live beyond your limits.

Beyond the limits we set in our mind
Are fields of freedom unconfined
Where courage blooms and doubt fades away
A place where we grow and where we dare to stay
Beyond the boundaries.

To unlock potential break every chain
Step through the shadows embrace the pain
For beyond the struggle beyond the fight
Lies a world of wonder bathed in light
Unlocking potential how to live beyond your limits.

Push past the walls the doubts that bind
For greatness was never meant to be confined
Live beyond limits, dream wide and free
Become all you’re destined all you can be
Beyond the boundaries.

IN THE HANDS OF GRACE.

Through storm and flame we rise and fall
But in God’s hands we’re held through it all
When the world feels heavy and hope seems dim
We turn to faith, we lean on Him
God, family and survival.

Family stands like roots in the ground
A shelter of love when none is found
Through laughter and tears, joy and pain
In their embrace we’re whole again
God, family and survival.

Survival isn’t just breath and bone
It’s love it’s strength it’s never alone
With God above and family near
We conquer the dark we conquer the fear
God, family and survival.

IN THE DAYS.

Where we are meant
To believe so much lies
Coming from all manner of alters
Swaying so many from
This religious house to that.

In the days
Where we are meant
To sow a seed
In purchase of G.O’s blessing
From the treasure store of
Heaven’s abundant riches.

In the days
Where human administration
Supercede the leading
Of the Holy Spirit within
The body of Christ the church.

In the days
Where MOG’s
Has sold out their integrity
For what the belle can feed on
Indulging in so many questionable act.

In the days
Where no reference
For the things of God
Talkless of the man of God
Where anyone talks at will to men of God.

MANY STORIES IN ONE STORY.

Life is a tale with many threads
Woven tight where each one leads
A journey marked by ups and downs
A story where each chapter crowns
Many stories in one story.

In every heart a different beat
A dance of joy a song of grief
Some pages bright with pure delight
While others dwell in darkest night
Many stories in one story.

A child is born a new day dawns
A story starts a life is drawn
With every step, new paths unfold
The tale of life is told and told
Many stories in one story.

We laugh we cry we win we lose
Each moment adds a subtle hue
In every eye, a world unseen
Many stories in one life stream
Many stories in one story.

The dreams we chase the fears we fight
The loves we find the endless nights
Each chapter weaves into the whole
A story rich with every soul
Many stories in one story.

So live each day embrace the tale
For in your heart the stories sail
In one great life a thousand live
In one small breath, the world we give
Many stories in one story.

THE GOD OF THE GOOD AND BAD TIMES.

The phrase
Why does bad things
Happen to good people
Is an old long time saying
And the phrase has never gone para-phrasing at all.

Sometimes life takes on a tour
Spotting us into the spotlight of life
And life happens and still goes on
On on some highways
The good and bad moments.

Life still kept happening
Revolving as it goes on life clock
It lifts one up and set the other down
When least anyone can remember
But in all there is a supreme being up there.

To those who believe He exist
And to the one who doesn't
The later beliefs life is by luck
While the former beliefs life is control by the supreme being
The God of the good and bad times.

But in the midst of it all
No matter where you are
At the moment shit do happen
But make sure you get in under control
It we all fade away one day just keep hanging on.

MEN OF GOD OR gOD OF MEN.

In these days
We live in
we live in the days b
of hero worship of men of God
but wait is it.

Men of God or Men of man
Who draws so much accolades
From fellow mortals
Sharing the glory of God
Who has called them.

Bequeathing the glory due to God
To themselves alone
From the introduction
To the titles atached to their names
Men of God or man of God.

Alas you we say is
A sign of respect
But where is humility in all of these
God's own Son in His days
How was He introduce.

Let's go back far as in the beginning
The early church and the Holy men of God
Upon which are use by the Holy Spirit
To introduce the Jesus Christ and his disciples
Nothing like flits of titles attached to their names.

But alas what do you we see in churches today
Before a man we come up to preach at the podium
You will see how the moderator will be hyping and hyping
The same pastor who wants to minister hyping in the name
Of celebrating the grace of God upon such a one.

Is this really Christianity
How profane has these gone
Peter, John, Paul and host of all others
Are seeing attached to their name with just Apostles
But today what do will see?

IS MONDAY.

The city awake
To a very busy day
The dawn has just broken
On a busy cities like Lagos
Is Monday.

The first day
In a working day
It gonna be a long week
Of hustling and bustling
In this city where no brains sleep.

Is Monday
the loud noise
From vehicles
plying all destination
As people hurried out to earn a living.

The various bus stops
Are not wearing an idle look
As each commuters struggles
To make way towards their destination
Is Monday.

Where Lagos don't take rubbish
Where the loud noise from cars and vehicles
The harmonious honk from all cars
Add the spice of music to the day
Is Monday.

DEATH IS CERTAIN.

No matter how long
Nor how short one live
The end of it all is death
Of which is the debt everyone owe
Death is certain.

At the end of life
No matter your status in life
You live life that one day
That life will be over
Only death is certain.

To all living things
Be it human, animal and plants
No one is debt free from death
And which are both living things will pay
This debt knowing fully that.

Death is certain
Young or old...king or ordinary
Rich or poor...influential or common man
One day death will visit
And ask from us what we owe him.

OBINIGWE.

Some moments
Some days
Some situations
Some circumstances
Obinigwe.

God shows up for His own (ME)
Through the storms
Through the night
Through many challenges of life
Through it all of a truth.

Obinigwe
See what You've done
Am so stuck and struck
Of your manifold goodness
Your grace carries me through many waters.

What would I have become
Without You am nothing less to not
Am amaze You're so full of love
Still good in this years past and still doing good.

Obinigwe
You carried me not just me alone
But You took my cares and worries
As your utmost so indispensable need
What did I do to deserve this kind of love.

You came through for me
In my darkest moment of life
You light up my world
And show me so much love
I don't have a meaning and essence.

Yet You came through for me
I have nothing to quantify
This kind of love You show me
Am expressingly amaze in awe of your love for me
Obinigwe.

GREAT THINGS FROM SMALL PLACES.

The road not taken
The path not cleared
The tides keep flowing
Ocean current way up so high
Great things from small places.

It is possible to do
Great things from small place
It doesn't matter you start big
The size of your audience
Should not deters you from performing.

Because a dream born in a mold house today
Will be birthed in a mansion tomorrow
If only you keep at it
Work towards it
Brave up to brace up with challenges.

If you have to do
Great things from some place
You must stretch beyond limitation
Average shouldn't be what you settle for
From a local champion to an international champion.

Only if only
You're ready to take on the world
Don't see your locality as a limited factor
But see it as the starting point
Where great things are done from a small place.

FROM THOUGHTS INTO INK PAPER.

Transcending from the inner most
Part of existence within the being
That flows with so much thoughts
Inspiration drawn from all parts
Endeavoring to keep the unity

Of rhythms of thoughts and sound
At every crescendo of imaginative thinking
An idea is conceive in the waiting room
To give passage to the birth carnal of thoughts
The pen got muse cratfing out the craftmanship.

Of the thoughts within into paper
The ink flows hits every ground of the paper
A thought gashes out every flits of blinking of eyes
Thoughts meets mind and transcending into a masterpiece
From thoughts into inks paper.

An idea is born
A master piece is curated from the curator
Minds eyes as its purple eyes glows
With so much inspiration that aspires into greatness moving
From thoughts into ink paper.

THE PLIGHT OF A RURAL BOY.

In fields of green and endless skies
He walks alone barefoot on the earth
Where seeds of hope are sown
His world is wide but bound by fate's cruel hands
The Plight of a rural boy.

Dreams of distant places
Drift like grains of sand
The sun sets low casting
shadows on his toil
A childhood spent in labor, rooted in the soil.

He hears the call of cities
Far beyond the hills
But here he stays
With silent wishes unfulfilled
The Plight of the rural boy.

The stars at night
Whisper stories of the faraway
Yet he's tied to the land
Where he must stay
The Plight of the rural boy.

In every furrowed brow
A tale of struggle lies
A rural boy with dreams
As vast as the open skies
The plight of the rural boy.

THE PLIGHT OF AN URBAN BOY.

In the heart of the city
Where dreams collide with dust
A young boy wanders
His eyes clouded with mistrust.
The plight of an urban boy.

Concrete and steel rise high
But his hopes fall low
Chasing shadows in alleys
Where no light dares to go
The plight of an urban boy.

In a world so vast
He’s a soul misplaced
Unknown longing for a childhood
That the streets have never shown.
The plight of an urban boy.

Through crowded streets
His innocence takes flight
Lost among the chaos
Of the city's endless night
The plight of an urban boy.

A playground of asphalt
Where laughter seldom stays
He dreams of open skies
Far from the urban maze
The plight of an urban boy.

WHEN YOU FINALLY MADE IT.

Life happens
And things are abound to happen
Just like shit too do happens
That is the irony of human existence
But everything is in phases and stages.

When life comes happening to you
And all is working fine and towards
The direction you want to go
Remember that there is someone
Working on his or her life just like you do.

But when life lucky smiles on you
And the yester years hardwork pays off
And things become so rosy for you
Look back don't forget the days of humble beginning
When you finally made it.

When there was nothing in your life
To offer life and the friends of days of small starting point
Are all still with you hanging around
Also working on their life
When you finally made it.

Don't discard your friends
And stat assuming a demy god
Before then cos now status has change
And life isn't on the same level
When you finally made it.

Don't forget the years of toiling
You were helped today
So you can lift up others and help them
For life to have meaning we must seek to be light for others
And when your light has finally blossom take it and light others.

MANY QUESTIONS CONCERNING THIS NATION CALLED NIGERIA.

Waking up each day
One morning like that
So much happening currently
In our nation and our land is at
The verge of dividing itself.

Just like a house that is
Divided against herself
We are not standing again
As one strong indivisible entity
We've lost our sovereignty.

Again, I wake up
With so many questions on my mind
Concerning this nation called Nigeria
For how long are we going to go down
This path as it has always been.

Questions like
Why must the deserving beg
For what they rightly deserve in this country?
Why should the reward for hardwork be disregarded?
The questions keeps flowing in.

Why do we keep overlooking
Good people and celebrate only criminals?
Why are we too comfortable with this mediocrity
Is there any hope for excellence?
For how long are we going to look away.

Ask yourself,
What role are you playing
in this tragic drama of shame?
Because this nation is a giant that refuse to grow
Into maturity by taking center stage of the nation.

Friends, it is time to change
This is a golden moment
These horrible narratives
It is time to do justly
Love mercy and walk humbly.

WE DO NOT TOTALLY ARRIVE.

We've sojourn for long
Behind the scene
We light our camera
Choose our lighting and location
We make sure all things are checked in very well.

With no issues at all
Will work the walk
When lighten strikes
Withstood the storms and stand the test of time
We do not totally arrive.

We've be on this journey for long
Too long we have stayed behind the scene
Working our hands to the bone
We burn the midnight candles at both end
We do not totally arrive.

We have been outside for long
Come hell hot water we stayed
On the dream cos we believe in the hustle
Come night and day, morning and noon
We do not totally arrive.

We forge ahead with each scenes and plots
We write the script and zoom the lens of camera
Capturing with each moment acting out the script
For a lifetime memories that we live like a life
When we have fully arrive but we've been long on this path.

RELEASING FAITH AFTER PRAYER.

Many a times
You know you have been discourage
After this time your hopes and dreams
Are all gone and lost all you need to do
Is trust in God believe Him just to be by your side.

When trouble times come
I'll go to God in prayer
Whenever am press
I'll go to God in prayer
He will never deny me
Answers are for me
He will make all things possible
By my faith after prayer answers are for me
He will always stand by me.

Whatever you need He'll provide it for you
Whatever you lack He give it unto you
Releasing faith after prayer.

When the days are dark and gloomy
When life happens and life becomes so far away
When all seems to wonder you away
When life becomes so boring and life fades out
When life become so thick and thin just have faith.

You have prayed and the prayer seems unanswered
And it seems God is so far away a million miles or more
To feel today and though you haven't lost your faith
And within you confess is so hard for you to pray
And you don't know what to say nor where to start.

But in all these
When your days is so dark and daring
Don't forget to pray
Because if you take the time to pray
You'll find that God is waiting for you just
Releasing the faith after much prayer.

THE LIFE AND TIMES OF ONYEKA ONWENU

In the dawn of Nigeria’s rising sun
A voice was born its journey begun
Onyeka Onwenu, a name that rings
With grace and power, her heart sings

Through the echoes of freedom's call
She stood tall, breaking every wall
In music, she found her soulful art
A melody of hope, a beating heart.

Her songs a tapestry of Nigeria’s soul
Told stories of love and the struggle to be whole
She sang of peace, unity, and more
Her voice a balm for wounds of war.

From "One Love" to "You and I"
Her lyrics touched both earth and sky
A beacon of strength in every chord
Her music a prayer her pen a sword.

Beyond the stage her light did spread
In film and TV where stories are fed
A screen goddess she played her part
With dignity and a generous heart.

Her activism a fierce flame
Fighting for justice never seeking fame
For women, for children she raised her voice
A tireless warrior making the choice.

Onyeka, a leader in council and song
Her journey continues ever so strong
A trailblazer in every sphere
Her legacy, cherished, far and near.

Through the passage of time her light endures
A symbol of Nigeria vibrant and pure
Onyeka Onwenu a name of pride
In her life and times we all confide.

NIGERIA NEED FUMIGATION.

In the heart of Nigeria's vibrant land
Where culture and nature go hand in hand
Lies a silent threat: corruption everywhere
A creeping blight that is ravaging the whole land
That hides in shadows, away from sight.

Mosquitoes buzz in the humid air
Spreading hunger a deadly snare
Corrupt rats scurry through the seats of power sprawl
Bringing diseases of hardship that befall all
Cockroaches in all the sector of political office holders.

Roaming around turning our nation into an infested home.
Termites gnaw at the treasure of the nation beams
Destroying dreams and childhood schemes
Nigeria, oh land of pride and song
This pestilence must not belong.

Nigeria needs fumigation
With every bite and every sting
They tarnish what our hearts do sing
Fumigation, a clarion call,
To cleanse and purify for all.

To rid the pests, to reclaim peace,
And let our health and crops increase
For in the purity of air and space
Lies the future we must embrace
Nigeria needs fumigation.

Let the chemicals work their way
And chase the pestilence away
Nigeria needs a cleaner ground
Where hope and health can both be found
So let us fumigate and fight
To bring back our land’s pure light.

THE ENEMY OF THE STATE.

A label pinned
a scarlet brand
A traitor's mark
in no man's land.

For questioning
The powers that be
A rebel's role
society decrees.

A voice that echoes truth's refrain
In corridors where shadows reign
A mind aflame, with courage bright,
A beacon in the darkest night.

They call us threats, disruptors, foes,
For daring question, where silence grows.
But in our hearts, a fire resides,
A passion burning, where justice abides.

We seek no chaos, only change,
To mend the world, where hearts exchange.
A better future, our fervent plea,
Not enemies of the state, but you and me.

THE YOUTH HAS FINALLY WOKEN UP.

This time will don't call
For violence's as violence
Can not build a nation
But rather tear it down
This time we'll get it right.

Because
We're standing in the gap
On behave of our nation
Things has gone south
The youth has finally woken up.

Woken up to reality
That in real sense
Violence and destruction of national prosperities
Is not the way forward
But the way forward is to march and stage.

A peaceful protest
To engrave our demands
And make our voices heard
As towards ending this bad government
The youths has finally woken up.

To the ill-selfish policy created
For just one section of the nation
Making some citizens live in the affluence
Of the nation's resources looting at its peak
Is time we have slept for so long.

Arise oh patriots of this great land
Will must arrive at a great decision
Either to continue to live this way or change things
For today and tomorrow...the future of our land
Is in our hands lets not exchange the hands with bribery.

THE STREET CALLS.

Hear the call
See the need
Feel the pain
Look at your land
The cities are not wearing a good look.

The street calls
There is a clarion call
That swifts across our land
The state of the nation is on the news
The call is for nation builders.

Who are sick and tired
Of the noise in our nation
For so long we have been on this
For how long we things get better
The street calls.

We would answer
We'll answer the call
To save our fatherland
From massive exploration of her resources
By selected few ones who are in government.

Patience is the key so they say
But for how long are going to stay being patience
Until the ones waiting patiently begins to die
And not able to see how the wait for patience turns out
The streets calls.

This is a golden moment
For our nation as week redress
To change the long statusquo
There is no moment than now
The street calls We must arise...1st of August.
Protest now...Peaceful Protest.
