Wake Up

Adirondack ShelterImage via Wikipedia

What will do or how will you feel?
When one day you wake up
And you realize you’ve been left behind
Long ago while your friends have gone
So far in their various pursuit in life
Living in the past still on the same spot

Ten years from today
Where will you be?
Living in the past still stagnate like
Unmoving water in one place
Not flowing neither going forward or backward
Still there whiling away time wasted life wasted years

When he was born
The world rejoice a child is born
But after the years of celebration and rejoicing
That child still romp the street carrying the face of a vagabond
With regret of indecision and procrastination
Wasting away living an aimless life void of dream

You been sleeping for long
Still on that same spot
Wake up is time to wake from the slumber
Stop building castle in the air
Footprint are not made seating down
If you want to be recognize you must lean to study hard

Wake up and move is time
This is the time to start
With what you have never wait
For God knows who start from some where
And you’ll get there defiantly you sure do
The journey of a thousand mile starts with a step

Thou it won’t be that easy
Life is never a bed of roses
Sweet moment will come
And bitter moment will come
But wait that’s not the reason for you to go astray
Responsibility is the price of greatness

Wake up…until you’re loaded that’s when you be needed.
