My Mum

JewelJewel via last.fm

She is all what a child dream
of having her like a mother
she is a full mother a virtuous woman
worthy of emulation a can do spirit
who believes that no matter.

How hard the situation
may prove to be that she will succeed
cause God is always on her side
she won't fail nor have cause to be afraid
she is all I got...My Mum.

My Mum
the Jewel of Mr.Okoh A. John
the one who never gives up on me
the one who has being for me
what can I say of My Mum again
she is the best girl friend in the world.

One who stood b y me, my brothers and sister
the mother of all who is ready to go
an extra mile for those she nos and nos not
inspite of the greed, tribe and color
that's My Mum.

What will I do with God
for sending me this beautiful gem
for making me come through her into the world
she was there for me and still there for me
thank God for you mama.

I don't want to fall asleep
I don't want to close my eyes
I want to watch you sleep
'cos you've been there all the way for me
Mum you are the greatest mum in the world.

...My Mum
the inestimable jewel
the uncommon woman
a beautiful genius with a loving heart
a disciplinary...one who never believes in failure.

Mum I love you
more than tongue can tell
that's while mum you'll
forever be in my heart
you are the best mum in the universe
THE BEST GIRL FRIEND IN THE WORLD.

That's My Mum....
What of yours?

Have got to Work

I have to walk the walk
Take the mile racing at 1900
As a chatter chasing her pray
Never deferring for an hour
To be the best in my time

Have got to work
Tomorrow never dies
Tomorrow starting now
Cause one day the future will call
And I got a date to keep with history

Burning the candle at both end
Rising beyond limitation
Surmounting odds against all odds
No matter what may come on my way
Have got to stand tall cause have got to work

To secure my place
In the sands of time
Preparing for a better future
For my mum, bros, sis, soul mate and children
Define the time making front print in the sands of time

I want to live for God
Glorifying God Globally
In all I do and all I say
Cause without Him am less to nothing
His my source, backup and all in all

Have got to work
“His philosophies can no mortal man
Ward off his motto his Oliver Goldsmith
Where determination is predominant failure cannot
Dismantle the flag of success

I can’t avoid to fail
I can’t avoid to waste away
I can’t avoid to be nobody
I can’t avoid to watch things happen
Have got to work, move while the door is open

The Cold Within

Six human trapped by happenstance
In black and bitter cold
Each one possessed a stick of wood,
Or so the story’s told.

Their dying in need of logs,
The first woman held hers back.
For of the faces around the fire,
She noticed one was black.
The next man looking cross the way

Saw one not of his church,
And couldn’t bring himself to give
The fire his stick of birch
The third man sat in tattered clothes;
He gave his coat a hitch.

Why his log should be put to use
To warm the idle rich?
The rich man just sat back and thought
Of the wealth he had in store,
And how to keep what he had earned
From the lazy, shiftless poor

The black man’s face bespoke revenge
As the fire passed from his sight,
For all he saw in his stick of wood
Was a chance to spite the white
And the last man of this forlorn group
Did naught except or gain.

Giving only to those who gave
Was how he played the game.
