ORDINARY PEOPLE

Human we are created equal
as human but we are not equal
yes we are not one thing stands us out
our achievement and the source of our living
we all ordinary people
with extra l ordinary amount of determination.

Human being are divided into three
some let things happen
others make things happen
some watch things happen
which class do you belong to.

In the stadium three set of people
goes in there they are as follow
the coach player and spectators
the coach let things happen
the player make things happen
the spectators watch things happen.

If you are out there
the future starts yesterday
and today we are late
move why the door is open
make footprint in the sands of time.

So rate yourself
where do you belong too...
I make things happen
what about you...do you.

Burning the Bridge Behind!

HMS VictoryImage by Taylor Dundee via Flickr
A long while ago, a great warrior
faced a situation which made it
necessary for him to make a decision
which insured success on the battlefield
he was about to send his armies against
a powerful foe, whose men outnumbered his own.

He loaded his soldiers into boats,
sailed to the enemy's country
unload soldiers and equipment, then
gave the order to burn the ships
that had carried them. Addressing his men
before the first battle, he said, "You see
the boats going up in smoke. That means that
we cannot leave these shore alive unless we win!
we have no choice we win or we perish!"

...They won.
Every person wins in any undertaking
must be willing to burn his ship
and cut all sources of retreat
only by so doing can one be sure of maintaining
that state of mind known as a Burning Desire to win
...essential to success.

Bible studies at CapernwrayImage via Wikipedia
Your foes will one day
Bowl before your throne
On that day they will declare you
As king it does not matter
What they say or do now
But as for me I will praise you Lord

The world may be crumbling before you
And it seems all is lost as if you carry the world
On your shoulder weigh down by cares
Of this life you try all things
But the harder you try
Things becomes so tight and difficult
Never mind…never give up

Cause is always darkest before the dawn
There’s no smoke without fire
There’s no conquest without victory
There’s no trial without testimony
Before the thorn comes the crown
Don’t be discourage just carry on
The world awaits you

Go back work on yourself
Cause until you’re loaded that’s
When you will be needed
Never be intimidated about anything
Be an intimidated Deborah in the Bible
Never allows situation to posse a threat to you
Your world awaits you reach out to the outside world

Never stay one place
Never be satisfied with your present situation
Let it be a driving force that will drive to greatness
No one hate the taste of greatness
Work out early…work out late
Get God coupled with courage and determination
Achieve greatness…lunch out today
You are waiting to be celebrated

Remember What Was Lost!

International Day of UN Peacekeepers 2008Image via Wikipedia
A nation so filled with so much unity
We start out so much to offer
The community around us
A peace keeping state
That’s what we are
A virgin nation

With all things working out
Agriculture, with so much infrastructure in place
The high standard of education in place
Our money its face value and worth good enough
Economy so booming efficient
Political system void of corrupt practices

Our nation experience peace
In all its quarters everywhere
Will live as one man watching out for the other
We can close our eyes and go to sleep
Never have we live in fear
Remember what was lost

Where do we lose it?
How do we lose it all?
What lead to it been lost?
Remember what was lost
How do you recover what was lost
Lets put our mind to work

We must work as one
Putting our differences aside
Working as a teams
To achieve a common goal
Changing the nation making it work out
Lets never forget…what was lost

To get what was lost
We must remember what was lost

I Believe

Nigerian motorcycleImage via Wikipedia
Thou things are not working out fine
An it seems the sky is dark
As if it wants to rain but
No sign of rain coming
I believe in Nigeria

Even thou our systems are not working
The roads are too bad for the cars
Low level of standard of living
No job, not been able to afford three square meals
I believe in her

Am not going to run away
Neither will I get tired
Of the state of the nation
No matter how worse it may be
When all is lost
I believe things will change

The media keep talking
Musicians keep on singing
Children are not in school anymore
High ways are filled with children and adult
No home for them to stay
I believe a sign of new things emerge

Poverty in the land
Unemployment looms the cities
Hardship, corruption and kidnapping
Nepotism, tribalism and favoritism
Every where we turn evil abound
Despite of all these I believe

I believe with my heart
That without no shadow of doubt
We scale through this tiring moment
I believe the land will work again
The sorrows and hardship of yester years will become history
I believe in a new Nigeria

Why Do You Write?

Tadeusz Breza, Polish writerImage via Wikipedia
For everything one does in life
Has a reason for doing such things
Preachers preach to change life
Musician sings to entertain
Actors and actress perform drama or play
To entertain, writers write to inform

Sum up into one goal…one aim
To inform and educated
Taking their audience
From the level they melt them
To a whole new level change
The most constant thing in life

To you out there my fellow
Young writer; why do you write?
To make money…to influence
To gain fame…to furnish with information
To exist for a season and fade away with time or
To remain living like a life in the heart of readers

Today we have so many of them
Those who have made giant strides
In the written world some dead some alive
Some left a footprint in the sands of time
With a work that can never fade with time
Some are gone with the winds never live to remember

To you a living legend writer
While you’re gone or
Dead legend once dead never to remember
While you’re gone like a candle in the wind
Gone with the wind never to be remember or
Gone with the wind always remembered

Think it all over, why do you write?
To cause war with your words…your articles
Does it stare up the mind of men for peace or war?
Does it bring glory to God?
Be careful of how you use your words
Cause you may be affecting a life
Positively or negatively, why do you write?
