From Where You Stand

If tomorrow the sun stop shinning
And the stars and moon refuses
To give a light during the night
And as the birds has bids farewell
From where you stand

When all would have ended
Your life right before your eyes
And you watch in total amazement
The world stops existing
From where you stand

If you are called upon
To write the auto-biography of yourself
What will the pages be
How will you start is never how well
But how far you’ve gone from where you stand

The future calleth
Beckoning on you cause some day
You yield the call of the future
What will you tell of your years of existence
From where you stand today
Is new day filled with so much possibilities

Opportunity opens with possibility
For us all to invest in our tomorrow
Cause today determines what tomorrow will be
Be sure to make the very best use of it
Do all you can from where you stand
Cause your time starts now

From where you stand
To that place where you are going
So move while the door is open
Be swift as fast as possible
Tick tack says the clock

The future starts today
Tomorrow starting now
From there where you stand

Choose to Live Life Awake

If we are to follow our heart
And to be true to ourselves
We must first make the choice
To live our lives awake
Choose this day to live that kind of life

Socrates said that
The unexamined life
Is not worth living
A life worth spent
Is a life worth living

Unless you are
Continually examining your life
To make sure it is on target
There is a very good chance
That you will wind up
Living someone’s else life

Which means coming
To an end of your life
And realizing that you had
Followed a path that was
Not your own

Each of us has a path
That is most true to us
And if we follow that path
We find happiness
Focusing on what matters

Choose this day
To live life awake
You’ve wore the mask for long
Is time to let go and be yourself
Wake up and be awake

There’s no time
You’ve got to change and be real
Let the real you stand up
Choose to live life awake

For long you’ve been like that
You gone your ways so long
Tiring to do it your own way
Never wanting another way
Thinking you’re wise and right
In your own eyes but is time to let Go!

As you bring your life
To God for Him to mend it
You brought your broken dreams
Before His face cause He is your friend
But instead of leaving Him
In peace alone to work you tried to do it your way

At last you had a small voice
Saying son what can I do
You never let go
Are you not sick and tired
Of everything and wanting
Never know what to do again

Is time to let go
Let the past and forgive yourself
See no matter where you’ve been
And what you’ve done
See let go, let go

Let go of the guilty
Cause he took your guilt
Taking your place at the cross
At the foot of the cross
He gave up all for you to be someone

Is time to let go!

There’s a room at the cross for you
Thou millions have come
There’s still room for all

His waiting for you

Things So Cold

I remember the first time
I talked with the lord as I
Fell on my kneels in the night
But the passion and pleasures
Of life of this world has taken the cross from my side

Things so cold
Prayer is gone
I can’t see my side
Lord again am week
Revive me again

I need you more
Much more then yesterday
I need you more
More then words can say
Cause things so cold

The things we left
Are creeping in back in
The life I was once had
Is never mine again
The things and cares of this life

And I long to go back
To the place where I was once
As the Spirit fell on me
But I can’t stay any longer
Take me back Lord to Calvary

Take me back
To the place where I started
Break the chains and let me go free
Let the fire fall off from the alter
Breaking every falters

Now is the time
To break loose from the coldness
Cause the fire has fell
There’s a renew a new day has come
There’s restoration new vision
Power to break lose from the cold
Things are now from cold to hotness
