Is what we are doing now

My Morning Prayer.

Oh lord another day has just began

help to live today
in your footstep

as I look into the day

of what it has in store for me.

As I stand here lord

help me just to live each day

never to wonder away from thee Lord

one day at a time help me

that's what I ask Lord.

Give hear to my voice oh Lord

consider my meditation

harken unto the voice of my cry

my king and my God

for unto thee will I pray my voice shall thou hear.

Oh lord in the morning

will I direct my prayer

unto thee will look up

this is my prayer

my morning prayer.

Lord hold my hands

give me the grace

to live under the influence of your Spirit

keep me near the cross

I don't want to go astrayed

The world we live in today
Is abound to change
Change is the constant thing in life
Either you change from what you use to be
To something entirely different

Have you left
What you use to be
To what you are not to be
Going with the ‘trend’ of time
Gone with the tides

Have you started for glory to heaven
Have you left far behind this old world
In your heart still the comforter dwelling
Can you say praise the lord all is right
How is it today? Is your heart right with God?

Have you gone with the tides
Tides of changing to be like the world
You’ve left some time now
Tides of picking up what you’ve drop
Returning to your vomit

Tides of frustration the grace of God
God’s riches at Christ expense
How is it today?
Where are you?
Gone with the tides

The tides of fate
Moving from faith to falsehood
Void of God’s presence empty of his Spirit
Remember what was lost
And leave falsehood return to faith

Make a solemn decision today
And strike a deal with your creator
Settle with God and get right within
Realize, remember and return back to God
Never go with change neither with the tides of the things of these world

Where are you now?
what do you plan to attain?
after life has gone from you
today you are at that same spot
where you are some years ago
yet you are satisfy with that present stage.

Wait so you've been leaving in the past
chasing an empty shadow within
that cannot stand up erect
living without no purpose
wake up you've been sleeping for long.

The future started yesterday
and today we are already late
didn't you get it wake up to reality
and see to the reality
Awake...sleep no more.

Since the future is here
no one wants to live in the past
welcome to the future
start today as you prepare for the future
believe you can achieve go join the winning team and succeed.

What’s the Place of the Church

A church is an assemblies of people
Of like precious faith
A place where is all known
As a place of worship
Today is it still that same way

The early church
Was known for the many things they do
The brotherly love that existed among them
That they serves and worship God
With a singleness of heart

So much love and care
For one another
As they go from house to house
Breaking bread helping the less privilege
Today is it still that same way

Has the love of many not waxing cold
The love for God and for the brethren
How is it today ‘brother’…‘sister’
Do you still reflect those attribute
Of the early church in the Holy Bible

You see your fellow church member
Striking while you speed away in your car
Your fellow member has no job
Yet you still say ‘bro…sister’
We’ve not forgotten you

For how long
And your so called ‘bro…sister’
While that person has nothing to live on
And you still preach love
Where is the love of God in your heart

What’s the place of the church?
Your brother is in need
And you are unable to help him
You see a sister in pain
You never care to know
Where is that love practice by the church in the Bible
In today’s contemporary church

Then when our eyes becomes dim
And what looks appealing
Will not be so much of pleasure anymore

When the leg will be afraid

As the bones are getting weaker and weaker
Fading with the sun of the morning

You’ve got to live for the future
Preparing to re-write history
Making the best use of today
For tomorrow because the future is here

We are cloud of witnesses
Because we’ve got a date
With history and that we must keep
By all means a trail blazer
The world makes room for a man
Who knows where he/she is going

Today
We are cloud of witnesses
For those who have make it and gone
Making a footprint for us all to follow
To walk in their footsteps

Watching their mistakes
Learning from it and making use of it
To mark out our own strategy
Of becoming the best better off then them
When we got to our goals in life

There are watching
In every place watching out for you
To see what you do with that life of yours
Remember time is clicking the moment you arrive
Wake and move the cloud of witnesses are watching you
