The People That Cannot Fail

Those who know God

That is those who have experienced His Salvation

And have unwavering faith in His promises and Power

Cannot fail such people shall be strong and do exploits

For Him always

The Bible is replete with such heroes of faith

Abraham by faith he received the promise child

When he and his wife Sarah were advanced in age

Sarah had reached the age of menopause

Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego

God preserved them unhurt inside Nebuchadnezzar’s

Burning fiery furnace because they refused to

Budge, bend and bow to the king’s golden image

Moses…Who lead children of Israel out of bondage

David…who killed the giant Goliath

Daniel…who stopped the mouth of lions

Esther…who rescued the Jews at Shushan from genocide

To mention few

These men and women overcame their circumstances

And had victories because they trust solely in God that cannot fail

You can join this company of people who cannot fail

By believing the promises and power of God that never fail

What challenges are facing you right now?

The Power That Cannot Fail

God’s power is illimitable

Nothing is difficult for Him to do

According to Jeremiah 10:12

If you’re having doubts about His ability

And power to deliver you from troubles

You need to pause a while and consider

His mighty acts in the past

He spoke the universe into existence

Brought water out of the rock

And fed the Israelites with manna in the wilderness

He parted the red sea and River Jordan

So His people could cross over

Fell the mighty, formidable, and impenetrable

Walls of Jericho effortlessly

Made the sun and moon to stay their courses

Multiplied the widow’s oil

He also turned water into wine

Cast out devils fed five thousand people

With just five loaves of bread and two fishes

Healed the sick…cleanse the leper

What problem do you have?

That God cannot solve or circumstances

That He cannot be change

Remember, what is impossible with men

Is absolutely possible with God

The Promises That Cannot Fail

God’s promises cannot fail

Though they are numerous

None of them can fail

The Israelites found this to be true

Throughout the forty years journey in the wilderness

God never makes an accidental promise

When He promises you anything, anytime and anywhere

He does so with the utmost intention of fulfilling it

He doesn’t renege on His promises

The Scripture affirms this Numbers 23:19

God promises what He means and

Means whatever He promises

His promises once made, are signed and sealed settled    

He made you any promises

Then, be rest assured that He will fulfill His promise

God’s promises cover every area of your needs

Which include salvation, sanctification, baptism

With Holy Spirit and healing and good health

Provision, children, protection, deliverance from evil

Peace of mind, comfort, victory, success, marriage

Every promises He makes is good and perfect

And He has the power to fulfill it

He is immutable therefore is promises are irreversible

Let this be your comfort as you approach His promises

You Can Wish

Everyone can wish

That what he/she ever pleases to have

Waking up each morning in each heart

There is a wish that you want to come reality

You can wish if you just can

You look around you see nothing

But a need a space to fill up

It takes the heart and willingness

To bring that burning intimate desire

To bring forth that wish that we come to the light of the day

The world is a very big place

Of a truth you can wish

If only you wish to wish for a dream

For a life in betterment of humankind

Let is shine out for the world to see

Your wish can go along way

In affecting generations and generations to come

It all starts right there within you

Today is the time to wish for a wish

Of what you desire and dream of

A better life of all your dreams and aspirations coming through

Of the betterment of mankind making each moment counts

As you live on from moment after moment

Remember each second’s counts and can’t afford to waste it all

In a fruitless venture today is that time to wish for a dream

Wish for the best don’t every settled for the average

You are meant to achieve greatness

It all matters when we wish so big above the universe can take it al

But never have an deadly wish a world kind of

But a godly wish that glorify God

Condition for Receiving God’s Promises

 God’s promises are governed by specific condition

And you must keep to these conditions

If you want Him to bless you as you go through life

First you must be born of the Word and Spirit born again

You are not entitled to enjoy this promises if you are not safe

God’s promises are the inheritance  of His children

They are not for Tom, Dick and Harry

So settle the matter of your salvation

Before any other thing can happen

Infact do it right now

Kneel before God in repentance

Confess your sins before Him

Every sin you have ever committed

Plead with Him to forgive you of such sin

Promise Him you wont repeat them

Believe that He has forgiven you

Sincerely forsake those sins

Proclaim Jesus as your Saviour and Lord

Then live for Him and Him alone

Love God wholeheartedly

Walk in all His ways

Obey Him and keep His commandment

And do what pleases Him at all time 

Faith in God’s Faithfulness

God’s faithfulness to His promises

And to His people is highlighted over and over in the scripture

He never fails nor disappoints

I am the Lord, I change not

His promises are yes and amen

If you cast your mind

Back to the previous years

You’ll marvel at the faithfulness of God

You’ll discover He’s always been there for you

Even in your faithless hour

He’s always remind faithful

He answered your prayers time and time again

He melts your needs day after day when you have lack

He pulled you through the difficult situations

When you are in dire need of His help

So have confidence in God as you journey through life

The present situation in the world

The economic downturn, the skyrocketing prices of commodities

Rumours of war, increasing number of job losses

Upsurge in natural and manmade disasters and other challenges

But look away from those cries and cast your eyes on the Lord

Trust and continually build your faith in Him

He is aware of all that is going on in the world today

And He will pull you through the crises 

A Mother…A Murderer

To the one who cares to listen? I don’t care

To the one who cares to read? If you get it

To the one who thinks whatever they think

There are mother…but who is a murderer

There is murderer…but who is a mother

A mother…she is called the giver of life

Even God did really give life

But she is refers to as a birth carnal that channel life

Into the planet earth mother earth I think

But alas today there are mother turn out to be  a murderer

Who has cut off so many life

In so many ways and manners

Doing so many sorts to cut short life

And short life out of their wards

A mother…a murderer

As mother be careful

And extremely be cautious of what you do

Just a little careless act will ruin that child

And you think in return you’re doing that child a favour

By thinking you are doing him (she) favour hmmm

I quite understand you want the good for him (her)

But instead of allow your decision in her (his) life

Because you are not going to live her life for her

Let her just go ahead and you watch her take that step

With counsel and guiding her (him) watch as everything unfold

Don’t kill his dream…goals

Don’t take away is happiness and joy

Don’t make him tossed here and there

Don’t be a tyrant but be a mother you are to her

Don’t let me live with hatred towards you for life

Be a mother…not a murderer watch her (him) happy all time…. a friend 

Becoming A Model Christian Mother

To be an exemplary Christian mother

You must possess the nature of Christ

The first prerequisites is that you must be genuinely saved

Because you can’t give what you don’t have

You must also maintain a constant and consistent walk

With God in every area of your life

Its your responsibility to lead your children into salvation experience

Tell them about the love of God and His plan of redemption

Teach them about faith in God and how they can have confidence in Him

Be a good example in deeds, words and everything

Let your life mirror what you preach

Because what they see sinks deeper into them

Then what they hear children are natural imitators

Each day of our lives we make deposits in the memory banks of our children

And your action, reaction and inaction have a greater influence

You should not only pray for them

But also teach them how to pray

And receive answers to their paryers personally

Assure them that God still answers prayers

He’s capable of meeting their needs

Remember,

Motherhood is a divine privileges

So make it count

Impact of A Mother on Her Children

Mothers are endowed with an all powerful

Control over their offering, and most men

Of eminence in the world have acknowledge

Their great indebtedness to maternal influence

The Bible is replete with great influence

Godly mothers wielded on their children

And the reward they got for their efforts

Through much prayer, Hannah impacted

Samuel’s life with her godliness at a tender age of 2

And later dedicated him to the priesthood

As it turns out Samuel became a great man of God

He was a prophet in and the first judge of Israel

Jochebed also had a great impact on her children

Through daring faith, godly wisdom and divine guidance

She raised three children Miram, Aaron and Moses

Who grew up to become leaders in Israel

Miram her only daughter became a prophetess

Aaron became Israel’s first high priest

Moses became great deliverer of God’s people Israel

The list of great and influential moms in the Bible wont be complete

Without the mention of Mary, the earthly mother of our Saviour and Lord

She became the most honoured woman among mortals because of her chastity

Coupled with godliness which reflected in her training of Jesus.

And the list goes on and on like that

Some mothers in our contemporary times

Also fall in into this category of influential moms

Susana Wesley was known as the mother of Methodist

Though she never preached a sermon nor published a book

As a mother you must line up with these influential mothers

And raise godly seed to the Lord 

Portraits of A Christian Mother

The Bible gives us the portraits of the model Christian Mother

She is one that has a relationship with God and is in submission to Him

She’s a woman of strength and character, girded with

Wisdom, grace and the fear of God

She has strong, resolve, courage and godly discipline

She neither frightened by the wind nor threatened

By the clouds like Jochebed, the mother of Moses

And she deeply loves her child

A  Christian mother

Recognizes that her child is a gift from God

And thus view and treats him/her as such

She relishes, tenderly nurtures, cares, meets his (her) needs

Affectionately embraces him and befriends her as a unique gift

From the hand of God

She is available for her child

Morning, noon and night

And is involved in her (his) life

Interacting, discussing, thinking and processing life together with her (him)

She also teaches him (her) the scripture

And a Biblical worldview

Helps him develop skill and discover

His strength and spiritual gift

Above all she’s a shinning example to the child

A Christian mother

Who wants her child to be godly is prayerful

The best place to wage the battle for the hearts

Of your children is on your knees

Prayer is the key to winning children to the Lord

As the Mother…So the Child

Well may we pause to pay honor to her

Who after Jesus Christ is God’s best gift to man

It was she who shared her life with us

When as yet as our members were

Yet informed

Into valley of shadow of death

She walked that we might have the light of life

In her arms was the garner of our food

And a soft couch for our purpose

There we nestled in the hour of pain

There was the playground of our infant glee

Those same arms latter became our refuge and stronghold

It was she who taught our baby feet to go

And lifted us up over the rough places

Her blessed hands piled the needle

By day and night to make our infant clothes

She put the book under our arms and started us off to school

But best of all she taught our baby lips to lisp

The name of Jesus and told us first the wondrous story of the savior’s love

The pride of America is its members

There are wicked mothers like Jezebel of old

There are unnatural mothers who sell their children into sin

There are sin cursed, rum soaked and abandoned mothers

To who their motherhood is the exposure of their shame.

Significant Death of Jesus

At age 33

Jesus was condemned to death

At that time, crucifixion was the worst death

Only the worst criminals condemned to death

By crucifixion, Jesus was to be nailed to the cross

By his hands and feet

Each nail was six to eight inches long

The nail were driven into His wrist

Not into His palm as is commonly portrayed

There was a tendon in the wrist that extend to the shoulder

The Roman guard knew that

When the nails were being hammered into the wrist

That the tendon would break and tear, forcing Jesus

To use His back muscles to support himself so that

He could breathe, but His feet was nailed together

Thus He was forced to support Himself on a single nail

That impaled His feet to the cross

Jesus could not support himself with His legs because

Of the pain so He was forced to alternate between arching

His back than using his legs just to continue to breathe

Imagine the struggle, the pain

The suffering, the courage; Jesus endured

This all for over three hours

A few minute before He died a stop bleeding

He simply pouring water from His wounds

Most men would not have survived this torture

The human adult boy contains about 3.5 liters of blood

Jesus poured all 3.5 liters of His blood

He had a crown of thorns on His head and beyond that

A Roman soldier who speared His chest

He also had to carry a cross

This was almost 30kg of his weight for almost 2 kilometers

While the crowd spat and threw stones on Him.

Jesus inclined those all just for you and me
