Life is filled with so many things

That life itself is calling our attention

Now and then something springs up

To make us lose sight of why we are here

Amidst distraction

And if you are not careful

You will be lost in the chase of greatness

Life is so filled with so many happening

That is calling for attention and this one thing

Spring up every now and then you choose

What will get your attention

Is it something of value that will make life

Better off than what you are having now

Don’t let any distraction distract you

The world will live today

There are so many distractions

That distracts us from our destination in mind

Friends distract us at times making us to follow

The path where will never wanted to follow

The social media too serve as one of those agents

Of distraction in this life the technocrats too

As life throws at us various means of distraction

There are some dangerous distraction that endanger our life

And throw us off track and off balance

But is left for you to choose

What will distract you

If at all you want to be distracted

You will choose not to focus on your goal

With your eyes, mind and soul

You will see that amidst distraction

You will reach your goal

Achieve greatness finishing your race strong
