I PRAY FOR GRACE

For grace to run the race

For grace to never dray from the track

For grace to keep on running

For grace to finish the course

I pray for grace

To see me through trails and temptation

To see me through in stormy hours

To see me through the darken world

To see me through when all hopes gives way

I pray for grace

An oil of gladness in times of pain

Strength when all strength is gone

Grace for grace each new day

To bring my best for the service of my master

I pray grace

To never get tired in the journey of heaven race

To meet my maker at the beautiful gate when life is over

To run and never get tired nor been growing weary

To reach the finishline in good faith and stay

I pray for grace

To contend with fake

Never buying into fake

To contend earnestly for the faith

Which was once deliver unto the saint

I pray for grace

For the strong and the weak

The strong to keep stronger and stronger

The weak to rise from the state of weakness

To become useful for the master’s use
