NOTICING TOO LATE

Companies that don’t notice
Their customers and employees
Will certainly become aware
When the good ones walk away
Noticing too late

Can result in serious consequences
If you notice changes in your health too late
And don’t do what’s necessary
You can develop a serious illness
Noticing too late

If you don’t notice
What’s needed in your relationship
Or do what’s necessary until it’s too late
Your significant other can walk
Out of the door

If you don’t notice what’s needed
In your job and do what’s necessary
You might be fired if you’re a manager
And you don’t notice what’s needed
And do what necessary in your department

You might lose valuable
Employees or miss your goals
While there might be consequences
If you notice only when something’s wrong?
Or do you notice when people accomplish something

Noticing is the first thing
Once you are aware of others’ need
You must then do what’s necessary
Many times what’s needed is very specific
But each action should create one

Of three specific feelings
In yourself and others
Self worth, care and respect
When people feel that they have worth
They are care for and about and they are respected
Then you have an atmosphere in which connection
Is natural and performance will soar
