We’ve come a long way
We’ve come to that point
Where no one can decide to play us
We are here in the light of the known
As no one is left in the dark anymore
We are ready and awake

Has been taken off from our face
The veil has fallen off
The dusk is off and we’ve waken up
As we hope and awaits the dawn
Of a new day to decide
Whose faith we hand over the future to
To lead and take us to that promise land
We are already ‘cos we’ve come a long way
Is the time to arise and chase the dream
To act right in getting it right
As we say no to all such malpractice
That betides the existence
Wake up
There is that moment
And that moment is now
We can not back down
We are not backing off
This time we are standing our ground
Marching to our different zones
Is the era of the dawn of a new day
A new day of hope for a better change
We are ready to chase the old status quo
Away from off the face of its existence
