Amidst the hastiness to beat traffic
Amidst the preparedness of that meeting
Amidst the cares and troubles of life
Beginning one’s day with God.
Really count both from the dawn to dusk
As the dawn is the best time
To command your day ‘cos
It open you open to have full possession
Of everything and events that will happen that day.
So no matter the daunting task ahead
No matter the rush for this and that
With the hastiness of meet that deadlines
And sealing that deals the will change everything
Beginning one’s day with God is so indispensable.
That you cannot replace it with
No other activities of what kind
Place a pause every morning
When you woke up before hitting life’s road
Set aside to beginning your own day with God.
As it pays and open doors
To so many things
You have the courage to face the day head long
You have all what you prayed for at dawn
In the course of the day.
If you take the time
To wait on the Lord
You will find He’ll be waiting for you
Just linger and pray for a while everyday
And the things you ask will come through if you do.
