A TRAP CALLED NIGERIA.

I never belief that there is an individual
Who are bigger then nationality
This can be seen only and only in Nigeria
A country where those in office steals at will
Where the hope of the common man is stolen.

The men and women in black
Act as oppressor that oppress
The weaken whose got no defense fence
Covering around them as they walk around
On the streets of the same country called Nigeria.

The evil of our land
Are out there in the seat of power
Becoming judge in their own
As they have compromise justices
Beyond reduction there is no longer justice in the appeal court.

As they have been captured
In the trap called Nigeria
Justice must come only if we
Start taking our voice global
Is high time we take off our voice from locality.

And go to global platform
To speak up on ill-maltreatment
Of the ill manner act minted out
To the less privilege in our nation
Making this beloved country a trap for her citizens.

As many citizens has turn it to a prayer
That Nigeria will not happen to any of us
Imagine how do we get here?
That we that owns the home
Has now becoming strangers at home.

Oh the cry of the bloodshed on daily basis
Are crying out the oppress are sponsoring the oppressor
We live among the oppressor once they taste power
The colour of their mentality change
A trap called Nigeria.
