You must then be accountable 

To the take actions necessary

Into action and results
You must value yourself

Be accountable and show 

Your accountability worthiness

Once you understand your value
You can start to build self-respect
Will not allow you to disappoint 

Others or yourself that’s when 

Accountability will become second nature

In school 

We had report cards to measure
Our effort and performance
Today most business and organization
Also measure performance
Companies have learned 

A great Return On Asset (ROA)

Will come only 

When there is an equivalent
Return On Accountability (ROA)

It is only when the individuals 

In an organization are accountable 

That the organization as a whole 

Will see an increase in profitability 

Market share and bottom line success
