THE CHURCH

Is never a place
Where critics criticize
The people coming into the church
As it should be come just as you are
Not come clean nor pretend

But come with an open mind
To listen to God's Word
be touched by the power in His Word
Is never a place for the holier than though
Set of being but come as you are

The church is a hospital for sinners
Who are drenched and soaked in sin
Who needs urgent purging
From the sin that leads to the death
But been saved from the pit of hell

The church is not a place nor
A museum for saints
But a gathering of saints
Whose life is a pointer to the one
In sin to bring such a sinner to become a saint.

Christ died for all not just for
One set of people both for
The saint and sinner for all
So all will enjoy the greatest gift
Of Salvation out sin into His light
