Six million lives
It all begins in one single building
Then spread to all the whole world
One hundred years ago
A movement like none other
Since shook the very foundation
Of the American church
People reported speaking in tongues
New denominations were formed
And the charismatic movement was born
This was the outburst and result
One single event which happens on Azusa Street
It shook the foundation of the church
Spawned numerous denominations
Changed the lives of six million people forever
All this happened in the 20th century of the world
Azusa Street is the story of real event
Real people and real God
A warm April day of 1906
When a group of African and American people#
Gather together to pray to waits
On God’s Spirit a slave boy went for that meeting

When it reached my mouth
Came out in a torrent of speech
In languages God had given me
What happen inside that house
Separated the father from the son
And mother from daughters

And divided congregation in Los Angeles
At the same time it change life forever and for
good.
