This exercise and that exercise
To get us strong for the favour 

God is about to release into our life

This is the time
Is a basis how you can sustain
Of the thing you cannot describe
That you cannot tell 

Or describe to people
But you just know that 

Something is about to happen 

You just knew something
I don’t care what is going on
Or what seasons are in right now in your life
When God gets ready to bless
He said is never too late for that happen

Let me tell is so dangerous
To give up too soon
People get upset when you got 

Your blessing outside of them
When God himself 

Is not done with you
He got fast and out there 

Is your blessing waiting for you

There are so many people 

In this world who survived 

Didn’t have this and didn’t have that
Didn’t have help, didn’t have job, 

didn’t have friend and family
Sometimes have to push themselves
But they have to encourage themselves 

You got to move it

You are still fighting in the dark
Work legitimately in the dark
Bought your house in the dark
Raise your kids in the dark
You know that God is on your side

You did not have what they have
But you made it anyway
Whoever you are 

I want you to know this is the time
The moment you’ve been waiting for you
You’ve been waited all your life 

To get thus far where you are right now

RUN!

There are something in your life 

That we make you run!
There are something 

That will happen in your life
That we make you pick up the pace
That will snap you 

Out of that state of slumberness

That something that will say to you
There no time to cry
Everybody got to pick up the pace
I cannot deal with people
Who cannot pick up the pace

Don’t be strolling with life
When you got history running with you
I need people who will pick up the pace
I do not allow the career of this world
To destroy your passion for life

You have to run after it
Success is intentional
I would rather aim for the star
And not hit it then not hit it at all
I would rather go after it and not get it
Then not going after it at all

I would rather try and failed

I don’t want to live with an ideal
Of not knowing at all
All my life I would go for it

BELIEVE

Until you have had the taste of finishing

Don’t you give up on your dream
I don’t care if you don’t have the money
You don’t have the help
You don’t have the family fund

It may take you twice long
You may have to take course and classes
You may not read as fast
You might not move as quick
You may not get this much
But don’t you quit

You do make the difference
As weak as you are
As tired as you are
As many mistakes you’ve made

There is something they will lose and miss

A CHAT WITH YOUR CONSCIENCE

Have you ever come to a point in your life?
That you are so confuse real in a confuse state
Of what life should be and to what direction should it go
As you life out life and move on with it everyday
And you feel sometimes confuse not too sure

Sometimes life throws at us hard questions
A soul searching one that got us on our toe
With deep reflection and thoughtfulness of who we are
And we seek for answers far and near
A chat with your conscience

We feel that we are not really truly doing the right thing
Still within the right frame of mind and thought
Not wanting to wonder away from the track
But to be within what we want and what God wants too

Not too sure of what you are doing
Whether is really right not wanting to do the wrong thing
But several times the conscience comes in to speak
We feel sometimes is not really right but feelings of wrong

Beclouded our existence
As we wonder away in our own world
Filled with thoughts and looking restrain from others
Locked up inside our own world is us against our world
And the heart searching questions continues

And its voice keeps increasing
Day after day as night falls into dusk it become so loud
From the subtle gentle voice it is becoming so loud and hard
But in a still small voice biting hard on crescendo

They are many out there
Who are so in a state of dilemma
Confuse just following where life takes them
Even when surrounded with the ills and un-mannerism of the society
A chat with the conscience to keep the conscience spot white

THE DAY WE DIE

Our life flash before our eyes
Our deeds are been talked about
Our life now becomes headlines
On the street called life the road we have thread on
The day we die

What matters to us matters no more
Waited for so long building the dream
We long for achievement but all fades out
Walk from dawn to dust
The day we die

As mourners filled
The siren environment we’ve lived all our life
Different thought start springing out as words
From mortals mouth as their words fashion out
The kind of lifestyle we’ve live all along the day we die

What we seems to hold dare to our heart
Has been let loose to the cares of life
As we embark on the journey of celestialhood
In bid to get to meet our maker
What matters then is the only one life we had lived

We fade out like the mend of each movie scene
Mother earth bleeds in her heart as we bid the world farewell
Nature remember us in every ways she can
That we were here walk, breathe this air live a life
The day we die

Tomorrow may mean goodbye
We never know when nor how
But the main thing is the life we live
While we are still here with the breathe of life in us
The day we die

Mourners will gather
Friends and well wishers
Family they we held so much dare to us
Society and the world just watch on
Saying that saying this the day we die

I HOPE I FIND YOU THERE

When our life here on earth is ended
And we get to meet our maker
Standing face to face with Him
When it all be said and done
I hope I find you there

One day what matters
Wont maters any more
What is news worth 

Won’t be news worth anymore

No stock market report
No school for learning of any thing
Neither football game nor sporting activities
No more market anymore for buying and selling
Everything we stand still controlled by one force

When we get to meet our maker
And we standing face to face
All our life won’t matter
For we all have save by grace
I hope I find you there

When all of life is over
And the roll is call up younger
We’ve gone from this earth to beyond
When our life last scene is flash before our eyes
I hope I find you there

Is not all about good works
Nor what we’ve done in charity
Is not our wealthy we were
But is all about our relationship with our Maker (God)
When all life is over…I hope I find you there

When the triumph of the Lord shall sound
And time we never be
When the light is break in eternal fair
When of all life is over and our home is beyond the sky
And when the road is call upon yonder I’ll be there

VISION 2020 SUBMERGE IN THE PANDEMIC

Each political campaign
Was underlined with that word 2020
Everyone got his manifestos around it
Within that frame beautiful word 2020
As we march to the poll with heads up high

Some years back our hope
Was filled with great expectations
That comes 2020 everything we be fine
Then the government would have done
Their bid in bringing all the promises of 2020 to reality

Many years has come and gone
Administration upon administrations
Has handed over the bar ton of leadership
And yet vision 2020 has not arrive
Here we are still standing, waiting and hoping

As the year 2020 came around
With high hopes and high expectations
But our hope was dashed and smashed to the ground
The year 2020 started out so well in good faith
But little do we know of what faith we serve our fate

Waking up to the dreaded diseases
That took over all the landscape of human existence
As the plans of 2020 was hacked like ballot box
Here comes opportunity to play the play blame on the event
As the failure to actualize the vision 2020 was mired

Everything stands still activities crippled with a restraining order
Stay at home…to stay safe is the campaign
We forget our dear vision 2020
And we wallow in hiding truth, hunger and high cost of living
All in the name of the dreaded visitor that came unannounce

And the pandemic hits the world
Our economic is on deflation and inflation rate
Schools closed as our kids are out of school
Religious houses were shut down and lots of others
The street and highways was deserted

Wait!!! Did it came unannounced
Or we saw it coming and fail to take action on time
How do we get to this point?
Vision 2020 submerge in the pandemic
Where do we go from here?

WAKE UP

The day you discover yourself
That is the day you start living
Some people are just existing
But all their life they never live
Wake up time is running out on you

Dusk is fast approaching
The sun is about to embarking on a journey
If tomorrow never comes
This is the best time to work
Wake up friend and smelling the coffin

Is better to be late then to be late
Purpose first what are living for
What drives you? what do you got to offer?
While are you existing or are you merely living
Wake up from the bed of lazyness

Fine life is not easy
Anyone who told you that life will be easy
Lied to you because
Life is not a bed of roses
Wake up

Sweet moment will come
Bitter moment will come
But that is not the reason
For you to throwing in the tower
Wake up

Walk the work
Follow through the rules
Never cut the corners

Remember you have to discover yourself on time

A life without purpose is a life driven by all manners of wind
Stay true to your goal stay strong for yourself to reach your goal

ARE YOU LOYAL OR LOYAL UNTIL

A generation ago
People stayed at one company
For their entire working lives
They worked thirty or forty years
Collected their benefits and retired
That’s the way things were for our parents

They gave the company their work
And their loyalty and they expected
The company loyalty’s in return
Are thing ever different today
Now companies are acquired or merged with one another

This lack of loyalty cuts both ways
People entering the workforce today
Expect to work for seven to fifteen
Different companies over a life time
These individuals are valuable asset to the company

They will work hard to acquire skills
That can carry them on to the next career opportunity
But they understand that their first commitment
Had better to be themselves
It seems that most of us today lived a new definition

We are loyal until our significant
Other upsets us once too often
We’re loyal until something or someone
Better comes along…in business
We’re loyal until market conditions change
Or a merger takes place or the competition takes over

We are loyal until something threaten
And then we use that as an excuse
To break faith with others
But I believe that this conditional commitment
Is like a cancer eating at the heart of our business and our relationship

I’m not saying that we need to go back
To the good old days of lifetime employment
That’s not realistic...today’s world of global competition
And fast moving business is not going to let us keep jobs
Just because we’ve been loyal employees
A company’s commitment to us
Or our commitment to a company
Will change when condition change
But I do believe that the secret
To success and fulfillment at work is tow fold

First both you and the other party
Need to be clear on the rules for the commitment
And second both parties need to commit
To create a winning relationship

Our values direct our actions
And the ways we act in the world
Continually shape our personal authority
Ethical actions strengthen our conscience
Unethical actions weakens it

It really that simple
And our actions are directly
Shaped by our thoughts and values
Your actions reflects your conscience
And it defines who you truly are

It’s easier to act ethically
When you know what you value
But what about those you associate with?
What did they value?
If you connect with people 

Personally or professionally

Whose values are different from yours
It can cause you to veer off course
Many who are serving time now 

For white-collar crimes
Are there because they associated
With a person or business that breached the law

It may have started quite innocently
With someone taking job at a company
Completely unaware of any illegality
Then he is asked to participate in small indiscretions
O what a tangled web we weave when
We first practice to deceive or to act without integrity

Has your business partner, 

Your boss, a client a friend or a family member 

ever asked you to do something
Unethical how did you response? 

We’ve probably all succumbed
At one time or another to the temptation 

To cross the line your action speaks so loud
That I cannot hear what you say

Our actions are the clearest indicator
Of the state of our conscience
Those who have integrity are unified
In that their thoughts, words and deeds
Are in line with their values and conscience 

They are whole individuals
They are people you can trust
I hope you are one of those people
Let your actions reflect your 

Values and your conscience
And you’ll experience 

The wholeness that integrity brings

CHARACTER IS A CHOICE

It is the underpinning for every correction

It should be the underpinning for your life

Like often said a good name is better than great riches

Yet we are under so much pressure to perform today

In business and in our personal lives

That it’s easy to succumb to shades of gray

When we try to achieve something great importance

But if you succumb, you risk forfeiting your good name

And losing your character that should be the very

Foundation of your life 

Character is a choice

You make each and every day

Your character is what you are in the dark

Choose character over compromise

You kept your commitment to your boss and co-worker

We are giving them what is necessary

The Third BE-Attitude is to BE AWARE 
We must recognize and focus
On the needs of those around us
But to do so we must learn
To recognize our own value 

And build our self esteem first
Then we can help others 

Recognize their value
And self esteem as well

OPEN TO OPPORTUNITIES

Opportunities are all around us 

But we must open our eyes and mind to see them
Opening up to opportunities means
We must embrace diversity of thought
Accept opinions different from our own
And overcome biases we’ve adopted through our lives

Is to be a change embracer
Change is the power for growth
If we don’t change we won’t grow
To stamp out fear and embrace change
We must master the ability
To listen and communicate

We create connections that lead to success
