AMIDST HUNGER IN THE LAND

The land is green 
But got no food to feed
Our farms are desolated 
Because of fear of insurgency

For how long shall we dwell in this

Our children are crying and dying of hunger 
Our parent are so afraid of fending 

For the family they love dearly 
Let's fix this and make sure
No one goes to bed on an empty stomach

Religious bodies and corporate organisations
There shouldn't be any seating

In so many leadership position
In the country today be it
Governor, house of rep and so much

Having a good education
Actually cost no money
But still on still you have to put
More money investing in education
